Spacious clean comfortable, well equipped excellent games room and bicycles for guests use. Owner was just a phone call away to answer any queries I highly recommend this property

The house and location are great. The swimming pool is amazing, lots of sun loungers and parasols. Didier was great and the pool was cleaned daily. Isolated property so kids could make lots of noise

We had a 7 day holiday with 6 people. The house was clean and neat and the pool was cleaned everyday. There were bicycles to be used, not all were in good condition but sufficient. The host was friendly and responsive and advised a few places if we needed. The gear for table tennis etc was not entirely in good condition but otherwise we had a lovely time at Peniscola. We would recommend the accomodation as it suits most needs on a vacation.

what can I say Didier? we had a fantastic time at your villa and will most certainly look to return in the future. the location was perfect, not too close to the town centre but not too far either. the villa was well appointed, although had no kettle which is not good for the english! Tim's attempts to use the wood BBQ was quite possibly the highlight of our week !!! thank you again for an excellent holiday and we hope to see you again real soon.

We had a great stay in this super facility. the short trips by bicycle were very amusing for us. The service was great. Didier is a very likeable host. There was never a dull moment with the number of different activities. The large pool has invited a lot of fun things to do. The considerations are coming back already. Six of us have just returned from this property. Myself, my husband, son daughter in law and two granddaughters. This is a beautiful villa, very well maintained, situated in its own orange grove and close to the beach and amenities. The girls (aged 12 and 9) loved the large pool and diving board and would have spent all day swimming! The games room provided friendly competition playing table tennis and pool after a fun filled day. The villa was fully equipped with everything we desired. The icing on the cake was the fact that the villa supplied bicycles for us all and the ride along the promenade in a clearly marked cycle lane, towards Peniscola, was fantastic. This is still quite an undiscovered part of Spain without bars, pubs, discos and rows upon rows of tourist shops - and there were very few British. However, it is a beautiful place and well worth a visit. Didier was a perfect host, available when needed (we required a smaller bike for the 9 year old which he supplied immediately), but not at all intrusive. A very nice man. We were very lucky to find this villa and we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you

Very nice location, actually one of the few places I've seen where reality trumps the description. The place was clean when we arrived and well maintained during our stay, nn top of that the owner is very helpful when needed. The old center of Peniscola is just 10 min away (by car) and gives various options for whine and dine, grocery is even closer. Highly recommended.
