A very exclusive and secure residential community with a perfect location—a supermarket 50 meters away, a restaurant, and a pharmacy all within walking distance.... A golf course ⛳️ is 500 meters away... Maares Club, with incredible views, where you can swim in crystal-clear waters surrounded by fish, is 500 meters from the villa...

The best thing to do in Mallorca is to rent a car so you can visit the wonderful places on this spectacular island....

IMPORTANT: The villa has a maximum capacity of 10 guests.

If the number of guests exceeds this limit, an additional charge of €50 per extra person per night will apply, which must be paid separately.

NOTE: If you enter the total number of guests who will ultimately be staying when making the reservation, you will not incur any additional charges later.

WARNING: All guests entering the villa must be registered by first and last name. Unregistered guests will be considered trespassing and will not be covered by liability insurance. Don’t take the risk—it’s not worth it.

Best regards—we’ll be delighted to welcome you.
It’s important that the number of guests matches what’s listed in the reservation; each additional guest costs €50 per night, which will be charged as extra fees through Airbnb. If you have guests staying at the house, there’s an additional daily fee. Parties, loud noise, and drunkenness are not permitted—this is a private residential area in Mallorca. We’ll be delighted to welcome you as long as you follow the rules. 🤗
