Stayed Sep 7, 2023Large villa with beautiful outdoor garden and pool. Bathrooms were grand and clean. However, main floor was cluttered and furniture was old and dated. Sofa pillows were coming apart. Floors and kitchen were dirty. Communication with host was efficient however discourteous.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The villa is on a large property with its own pool. The bedrooms are great sizes and the bathrooms are large as well. The villa is very comfortable and the outside area is wonderful. The property is taken care of by Happy Rentals and they are fantastic to deal with. I had all the information I needed from them even before I left for Italy and if we had ny issues while we were at the property, Gianluca, responded right away, no matter the time of day. The villa is near the beach towns of Viareggio, Forte Di Marmi, marina di Pietressanta etc as well as being near to supermarkets and restaurants. We had a fantastic week at this property.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969June 2018 Our stay in Villa Pallina. We spend a fantastic week in the Viareggio/Massarosa area between 23 rd of June to 30 th of June. Nice weather and a high quality property, Villa Pallina. It was a nice Villa with a big terrace and a beautiful garden with flowers and fruittrees and a private pool. We liked the beautiful terracottapots! The property has a rural site so you must have a car to come to the shops, restaurants and the beach in Viareggio. It´s a good place as a starting-point for excursions in the neighbourhood. There is a lot to see in a few miles distance. For example Pisa, Lucca and the Cinque Terre area. We will thank the local Happy Holiday team in Viareggio, Giovanni and Jacopo, for their good information, flexability and friendly attitude. A special thanks to Jacopo who waited for us late Saturday evening the 23 rd of June to leave the keys and show us the property. We were several hours late because both delay of the aeroplane arrival time and after that one hours delay to get our laugage out. Highest report Jacopo! We will gladly recommend Happy Holidays and specially those in Viareggio. We will also recommend Villa Pallina. We will gladly come back. Greetings from Kalmar, Sweden. Frank, Sweden
