LAST-MINUTE!FANTASTIC PART OF RUSTIC IN THE VIEW ONLACOLLINE WITH PRIVATE POOL

Tania and Roberto are excellent, helpful and generous hosts and their house and gardens are immaculate. Tania speaks very good English and is full of advice about places to visit how to make the best of the holiday.The property is comfortable and well equipped and is surrounded by beautiful olive groves. It is located high in the mountain and offers stunning views from the garden over the land, lakes and sea. There is a lovely large terrace to accommodate outdoor eating and games and the overground pool is located on the lawn for leisurely dips. If you have small children there is a good range of toys, books and play equipment available, for teenagers there is table tennis and a football table.You will definitely need a car for your visit - there are several good quality supermarkets and places to eat within a short drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next year!

Absolutely perfect! If we could have rate 12/10 we would have done it. The place is beautiful. The house big, clean, well equipped, the hosts are so charming. They have prepare a book with all informations, answer so quickly all of our question!

Up in a beautiful olive grove, the house and view are beautiful! The hosts beyond helpful and wonderful. We wish could have stayed longer, but will be back. ☺️

The property is lovely, and the view is amazing. We loved sitting outside with our coffee in the morning, and our wine in the evening. The house is spacious and attractively decorated, but comfortable; perfect after a long day of exploring Tuscany. While the winding lane up to the house is not for the faint of heart, it was beautiful driving through the olive trees. Tanya is amazing! She can accommodate any need: if she doesn't already know it, she will find it for you. The notes she provides on arrival are very detailed and unique. And we loved the meal she cooked for us! She definitely helps make your stay there a success.

After Tania picked us up at the supermarket and we arrived at her house, we were overwhelmed by the fantastic place with stunning views! Then a table full of delicious snacks was waiting for us; very welcome after a long car ride! We have rented several houses in the last 10 years in France, Denmark, Sweden, Portugal, Greece and the Netherlands, but nowhere have we been so warmly welcomed as here! We received lots of tips and information from Tania, including a whole document with all kinds of possibilities for trips etc. This was very helpful for our visits to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Bolgheri and San Gimignano as well the very near by beach. The house met our expectations, is lovingly furnished and is exactly as indicated in the ad and also very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the very lovingly landscaped and tended garden. We also enjoyed the table football and table tennis table. The family went on vacation for a week themselves, but we really didn't lack anything. We were offered delicious sweet rolls and croissants by Roberto's mother on day 3 and on day 5, when we got home, there was a whole box of delicious fruit waiting for us. In between, other people very discreetly maintained the garden and pool. In our 2nd week, Tania and Roberto did this themselves. The place is very centrally located, close to highways and there are several supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. This was a wonderful vacation for us and absolutely worth repeating!

After our arrive we got a very warm welcome, Tania showed us everything in the house and something about the area, like cities, beaches, shops etc. In the house itself, everything was exactly like on the picture and very clean, if you had some problems, or questions you can also contact Tania and she helps you, recommend, or reserve a dish in a restaurant for you and gives you tips for your trips. I only can highly recommend this house to everybody, here is everything perfect, also not far away from cities and beaches and you will have really wonderful hosts. Thanks a lot to Tania and her family for this wonderful time!

The property is nice. But for 4 adults, definitely need more comfortable chairs inside. Spotless inside and out. Just a bit far from the town. Definitely need a car

House with garden, pool and lovely owners, located in the mountains surrounded by olive trees, with a fantastic panorama view of the coastline Pisa to Viareggio. Best equipped with all kitchen and household appliances. Tania is wonderful and helps whenever needed!

We’ve had an amazing stay here! When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Tania. She told us a lot and gave many tips about fun things to do in the area. Tania is the sweetest hostess! Everything was taken care of and if we needed something we could ask for it. We enjoyed the pool, the bbq and the beautiful area. We are really grateful to Tania and Roberts. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our holiday in Massarosa in the house of Tania and Roberto very much. The house with the garden and pool provides everything you need. Perfect location for sightseeing (Lucca and Pisa) and relaxing at the beach (Viareggio). We will come back!
