On the upper floor youll find one ensuite double bedroom with comfy mattress and storage space. The ensuite bathroom features a heated floor and a glass shower.
Down on the ground floor, one more double bedroom is available to accommodate 2 more guests and the second bathroom is also well equipped with allthe toiletries you need for a comfortable stay. Take a rest and let the sun come in from the bright living room which overlooks the private heated pool and prepare your own meals and snacks using the wide collection of the appliances and the kitchen amenities. All rooms are air conditioned and have strong WiFi connection.
The outdoor facilities will definitely amaze you. The private pool is heated and makes Villa Oxa your all-year vacation rental. Enjoy the outdoor dining area surrounded by stone and wood and take a rest on the comfortable sunbeds under the umbrellas provided. - Climate Resilience Tax of 2.00 per villa per night should be paid for stays between March and October.
- Government Tax of 0.50 EUR per villa per night should be paid upon arrival for stay dates the remaining period of the year.
- Please note that the pool heating service is available at an extra fee of 60.00 EUR per day. In addition, we need to know that you are going to use the pool heating at least 2 days prior to your arrival and be prepared.
- The villas private pool is not supervised. Guests swim at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
