Villa Orestes in Exostis the balcony of Nafplion

The house was very spacious.. plenty of room for our party of 9. Many beaches within a 15 minute drive give or take. For a large party, this house provides awese value.

The owners responded very quickly to any questions or messages and Giannis the property contact super helpful. A slightly dated villa but you can see where the modernisation is going and it's going to be gorgeous when completed. Have already recommended to friends. A tip, if you hire a car go small, surrounding streets are tight.

We stayed for a week in this villa with our adult family. We loved the location near Nafplion and being near the coast and an easy drive from Athens on excellent roads. The swimming pool was very much appreciated and the garden with shade. We enjoyed all our meals in the garden. The beds are comfortable although the curtains are basic to darken the bedrooms.The villa is large with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and space. It is made up of an original house of 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and downstairs shower room. This part of the house is older and the decor is tired but mostly met our needs. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped but we had to request a sharp knife with was provided when we asked. However there was much confusion about getting hot water and for several days we did not have hot showers or hot water in the kitchen in this part of the house. The kitchen tap is plumbed in back to front so if you are drinking cold tap water you must have it on the hot water setting. The house is managed by the family who live overseas so there is no-one directly to help. A plumber was called to sort out the hot water but we were expected to wait in for him. When you are on holiday you do not expect to wait in for workmen to fix the problems that should already be sorted. Fixtures were old and tired.This older part of the house is connected to an extension with 3 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This is in the process of completion.

The villa had all that we needed. It's easy to find and the pool is excellent.

huge house and plenty of space for everyone. pool is lovely but would of been good if there was shade available around it with parasols/ canopy really comfortable beds and communication was v good. lovely town to spend the evening in and we loved the lido and vavari beach would definitely stay at this house again

We had a wonderful time in the house which is an ideal base for Nafplio, Epidauros and Mycene. The house is very spatious and offers everything you could wish for (except for a sophisticated coffee machine maybe). Some outdoor furniture could use an update but overall everything is in good shape. The hosts were very supportivee at check-in or when we had problems/questions around the house. I would definitely recommend it, alsok for larger groups (we were only four and there would have have been enough room for 8 people)

We had a great experience here. Property is better than described. Our kids enjoyed the pool immensely.. A car is needed but everything is fairly close in driving distance. The owners were very responsive. The only think is that it was not stocked very well with basics like toilet paper or garbage bags.

The house is spacious and well-equipped. The pool is perfect, the grounds nice. About 10 mins drive to old town Nafplio. Very friendly own

Below the feedback I shared with the owner when we left: Dear Sotos, Globally it was a pleasant week ; as I said the house is big, the rooms are comfortable, the garden and the pool very nice. However I really recommand that: - you invest in new equipments in order to welcome 12 guests - you put much more focus on a regular cleaning of the house. Having said that, we found it too expensive but appreciated that you quickly took our remarks into consideration.
