The house consists of two separate floors, distributed as follows:
-Ground Floor ideal for families with service personnel or with children who want to enjoy some independence: zone 'chill out' (TV, reading area, sound equipment ...), bedroom with twin beds and bunk. Ensuite.
Home -Ground: room with double bed, bedroom with twin electric beds, bathroom, large kitchen overlooking the bay, lounge with sea views, laundry, terrace with barbecue and main terrace with direct access to the pool from which can enjoy an incomparable view and the magnificent relaxing moments.
This villa is fully equipped so you can enjoy your holiday as comfortable as if they were at home (kitchenware, dishwasher, linens, towels ...). All the beds in the house are of recent acquisition and good quality (latex or viscoelastic).
Have at their disposal all kinds of accessories for babies (cots, high chairs, recliners, car seats ...), without any additional cost.

Being a residential area with little traffic, road always have enough parking for several cars. In turn, our villa has a private patio with seating for up to three vehicles.

For those unfamiliar Fornells, this home is located just outside the village, but in turn, is within walking distance to the center in 5 minutes.
