We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’dreally appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Fornell is an old fishing village located on the north coast of Menorca around which a real tourist attraction has developed, due to its charm, its coastline and above all for its famous lobster stew.
It is also a perfect place to practice water sports as it has sailing and wind surfing schools.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.

All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price.     Generous 3 bed apartment, just a 5 min walk from the town. Good views of the harbour entrance. Sunny balcony in the morning. Good parking immediately outside on a quiet road. It was clean and tidy and the beds fairly comfortable. The decor ahd furniture was a bit dated. Whilst we didn't want a very lively resort, we found Fornells maybe a bit too quiet when we visited in May. I think a car would be essential.
