Stayed May 19, 2024Property was everything we expected. Very clean and in good condition. Very close to Prai d’el Rei Club House which was very convenient. John is a great host and would reply promptly to every question we had.

Stayed Apr 20, 2024The interior of the property was clean and spacious however I had chosen the property for the heated pool and jacuzzi. The day before arrival the owner advised that the jacuzzi would not be working - citing a fault in the filter that was just discovered. Looking at the jacuzzi when we got there it was in quite a state of disrepair - uncovered, many tiles missing and floating in murky water at the bottom we all concluded it had been out of action for some time. The pool heating was minimal and the pool area very scruffy - eg wooden boards at end of pool warped and would be dangerous for children.

Stayed Jun 27, 2021We had the opportunity to stay in the property for 5 weeks during the summer of 2021. The location of the house, both for being very close to a beautiful beach entrance and the view from the pool / barbecue area over the GolfCourse and the Dunes is unique. We know quite well the area and usually you don’t have such a good location and pool space. We also had probably the best sleep in years… linens and beds are very good in quality. John and the property manager where always extremely responsive. Highly recommended!!!

Stayed Jul 10, 2020The home was as described. It was clean spacious and had everything that you need for a family holiday. The view from the rear over the golf course was lovely and the home is conveniently located for the beach and club house. We had a few teething problems as you would expect during 3 weeks, they were responded to super efficiently and with a positive attitude (best service response times we’ve ever had in a villa rental). We would recommend this one for a family holiday.
