Hidden among the pine-draped hills of Mas Mestre, Villa Olivia is a breezy, sun-washed retreat with space to relax, gather and unwind. Step through the front door into a bright, open-plan living space where soft sofas curl around a wood-burning fireplace and warm terracotta tiles run underfoot. A vibrant, red-topped kitchen with a breakfast bar leads directly onto a dining terrace, ideal for lazy lunches or evenings with something sizzling on the barbecue. The main house features four well-sized bedrooms, while a separate air-conditioned garden suite offers privacy and a sense of independence for teens or couples.


Outside, a terraced garden cascades gently down to a generous private pool surrounded by loungers, a bar area and dual barbecues for entertaining. Up top, a gated lawn with trampoline gives kids their own space to play.


Whether you’re dozing under a parasol, sharing grilled seafood at sunset, or admiring the hills from the master suite’s private terrace, Villa Olivia feels like a warm summer breeze. Just ten minutes from the beaches and bustle of Sitges, it’s perfectly placed for exploring, yet delightfully easy to stay put.

Location:

Mas Mestre is a peaceful residential enclave tucked into forested hills just outside the coastal town of Sitges. Surrounded by pine trees and set beneath a blue Catalan sky, the area feels secluded yet connected, with shops, bakeries and local restaurants all within a five-minute drive.


Sitges itself, just ten minutes away, is a lively mix of palm-lined beaches, boutique shopping and pavement cafés. Known for its film festival, colourful Carnival and modernist architecture, this old fishing village has long been a hub of art, culture and open-minded charm. Beyond the beach, the Garraf Natural Park offers hiking, biking and sweeping vineyard views, while family-friendly activities like paddleboarding, water parks and wine tasting tours (some child-friendly) are all within easy reach.

€700 charged to client's credit card by Oliver’s Travels as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable to OT. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.

1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.



Additional travel cots, high-chairs, and cot mattress toppers may be rented upon request, subject to availability, at the following fees:

- €25 per cot

- €15 per high chair

- €20 per cot mattress topper

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies if the service has not been requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Flexible throughout most of the year. During the peak summer season, arrivals and departures take place on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays only.

Extra €220, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Lead guest must be at least 25 years old. No groups of young people under 25 years old.

A minimum of 3-5 nights applies year-round (depending on month), with a 7-night minimum stay during the peak summer period.
