VILLA OASIS



Step out the back of Villa Oasis and the bay is right there — Minitas Bay opening off the lawn, your own dock at the water's edge. The estate sits at the tip of Punta Minitas, designed by Gianfranco Fini, the Italian architect who built Casa de Campo®'s marina. Eight bedrooms hold sixteen guests, with an included chef handling the meals.



The estate is like an H-shaped design, with a very smart flow that integrates all the areas. Mid-morning the kids head out to the dock with paddleboards, and the grandparents settle in under the parasols. Lunch happens at the long alfresco table, with boats sliding past on the bay close enough to wave. By sundown, the group has reconvened on the covered bay-facing terrace. Inside, the great room opens to the water on three sides. A single dining table seats sixteen when everyone sits down together for dinner.



Both Minitas Beach and the Marina are a very short ride away. Teeth of the Dog and The Links tee off a 10-minute cart ride (ranked the Caribbean's top course by the World Golf Awards).

RESORT FEE & ACCESS

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort are required to register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort:

• US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older)

• US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12)

• Complimentary for children under 4 years old



Resort fee provides access to:

• Golf courses, Fitness Center, resort restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities.

• Free use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area, and at Minitas Beach.

• Health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center.



FOOD BUDGET

If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This of course can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)

- Guests may not assign, sublet, or allow additional persons to stay at the property without prior written permission.

- House parties and illegal or immoral activities are strictly prohibited.

- Guests are responsible for any long-distance telephone charges incurred during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to appliances, furniture, linens, tableware, or other property items during the rental period.
