Casa De Campo, Exquisite Moroccan Villa, Golf Front, Steps to Water, La Romana

I’m sometimes suspicious when all the reviews of a property are 5 star and all gushy and glowy. But in this case I get it. We’ve stayed in multiple villas in Casa, so far this has been our favorite! We had a group of 10 - 2 families with adult children and their significant others. House accommodated perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out, but also to hang out together. The pool area was fantastic. Well decorated with lots of interesting pieces which gave it a cool, yet relaxed vibe. However, the shining stars of this villa are the staff. Memin who is the concierge was great. Fun, spoke good english, was there when you needed him and absent when appropriate. He really went above and beyond - we miss him already! Angela the chef was great - we dined in 3 nights and went out 4, but would have been happy staying in every night. The housekeepers were great as well. Walkiria the property manager we already knew from a different property we stayed at last year - fantastic as always!I would 100% recommend this property.

This was totally a beautiful Moroccan palace but most impressive was “its service staff” and management We cannot express how pampered we were all the time. Our days staying here were a delight My thanks to owners and specially to Mr Memin who did above and beyond to please us. Totally recommend this villa Thanks

The Villa was a perfect setup for our group of 12 - 6 adults and 6 kids. Comfortable rooms and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The pool, pool table, ping pong table and movie room were all big hits. The staff made the trip truly memorable. Enrique was incredibly responsive throughout the trip and Memin was fantastic with drinks, anything else we needed, and especially great with the kids. We also enjoyed a number of meals prepared by the chef at the villa throughout the week. Overall we would definitely recommend and look forward to returning when we are next back in the DR.

I can’t say enough about the owners, their manager and especially the staff! The Villa is beautiful, and everything works. What makes a stay like this special is when the staff anticipates your every need. The chef was also amazing. We had a group of 8 men golfing and actually wished we had not made dinner plans out a couple of nights.

Hosts were helpful. Wonderful staff. Spacious villa.

Excellent host, very responsive. House manager and house staff are SUPERB. House has everything you would want for a great vacation experience. Food made by the chefs is excellent as well. Highest recommendation possible you will not be disappointed.

Would highly recommend. Memin, Carlos, and Amparo are the best! Amazing meals and tremendous hospitality, all in a beautiful and architecturally unique home. Spent a lot of time by the pool and eating outside - fantastic setting for a family or larger group of friends. Bedrooms are airconditioned and well-appointed. All with en-suite bathrooms.

I chose this property because of all the raving that I read about their excellent staff, and they didn't disappoint. Great staff that truly want to please you. The property had many different gathering areas that really made it easy to reconnect with our old friends. The only negative is, the golf carts (as with most in the DR) needed better maintenance. One rattled so loud that I didn't want to use it and the brakes barely worked. The other sqeaked and I worried I wouldn't make it back. The owners have spent a lot of time making the property perfect, it seems like it would be an easy thing to do to fit in with there over all image. Mark

We came with a group of 10 adults for a birthday celebration. Communication both before and during our stay was top notch. Palmera Group did a superb job and the house was everything we hoped. Pictures often oversell a property and when you arrive you have certain disappointments... NOT with this property. It was excellent and the staff was even better. The staff was constantly available, but not intrusive. If you needed it, they would help you get it. We even had one member of our party that step on glass off-site, the team went over and beyond to obtain medical care (which was a very minimal injury) to make this friend of ours comfortable. Additionally, one of our guest has a severe case of celiac, yet no one else in our party has food allergies. The chef and team went over and beyond to ensure this individual had a great experience with alternative options... truly impressive. The house is on 11th hole of teeth of the dog, 5 min golf cart to pro shop, 10 minutes to beach club, 20 minutes golf cart to Marina. We taxi'd to Chavon. Santo Domingo airport was 1hr 20min ride... Punta Cana airport is a little closer. I would not hesitate to rebook and return to this rental and use Palmera group again. Top notch!!!
