Stayed Oct 26, 2025Our host Janeth was just outstanding. She was so accommodating and helpful. She checked in with us every day, cooked us breakfast, help us find a taxi when we needed it, and even played a couple of card games with us. We just felt like we were at home. She is just the nicest sweetest person. I will highly recommend this place just because of Janeth, if nothing else. But the place was outstanding too. Such a beautiful location so nice! It’s just a short walk up the beach to the Zanzabella Hotel that had an excellent restaurant where we saw Masai dancers one evening. We found a boat captain right on the beach in front of the Villa Noah, who took us out for a great African sail boat ride and some snorkeling. In fact, everyone we met on the beach where the friendliest people on earth. What a great place! I want to come back!

Stayed Nov 12, 2024Great house on the beach,swimming in the ocean every morning with the sunrise.amazing.very quiet and peaceful.short walk along the beach for bars and restaurants .Commucation with House Manager Janeth was very good,she was very helpful and took care of any questions and requests.would stay there again highly recommend.Thanks

Stayed Jun 18, 2022Our week-long stay at Fadhili’s property was truly amazing. The house is right on the beach, the rooms spartan yet perfectly clean and comfortable. The grand rooftop patio/enclave was a perfect place to relax, read, and watch the water. However, the best part of staying at this property was getting to know our host, and feeling so well taken care of by the staff. We asked to have a few meals cooked for us and we are so glad we did! The food was delicious and we got a taste of real Zanzibari cuisine. If you’re looking to have a more local experience, engage in the culture and meet wonderful Zanzibari people instead of sequestering in one of the many overpriced resort bubbles, this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time at this villa for 9 days. It is spacious and comfortable and located on a gorgeous beach. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Fadhili and Jacky were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing.
