Villa next to Centeanes beach, with private pool and tennis court, wifi

An amazing villa that has all most people would wish for ! BBQ area was excellent, pool large and deep, big areas for sunbathing or chilling but also plenty of shade to escape full sun all day. Great location near Helders Bar, mini supermarket close by. Only addition I would have liked was a table tennis table but that's a minor quibble ! Fantastic place and owner / agent also great - recommended.

House have pretty much all that we needed. Location wise is very good too. The swimming pool is bigger that we had expected and deep for a house pool, easy to play water polo in it. The tennis court was smaller but not a problem for us. The basketball net was a bonus we didn’t know about. Location close to lots of stuff and eateries.

The villa is spacious with a lovely pool and set up in hills behind some beautiful beaches. I can't however give a positive review as we booked the property as it had a tennis court. We paid extra to fly out our rackets etc and came for the luxury of having our own private court. We arrived late at night and were up early the next day to play tennis only to discover it is not a full size court - it is around 3/4 size. We were gutted as there had been no mention in the listing of it not being a standard tennis court. Given we had only spent one night in the property and had used only 3 of the beds I contacted the host suggesting we pay for the first night and all the fees, and then try to find somewhere else as the whole purpose of our trip was to play tennis. The host contacted the owner who came back with a very defiant no, and offered no apology whatsoever, saying that they had already done us a favour by letting us stay for only 4 nights. We had only booked 24 hours before we arrived so we had not prevented any other booking and the absolute refusal from the owner to compromise was very upsetting. The tennis court is fine to mess around on with kids but you can't play a proper game of tennis on it. We paid quite a bit more to stay in this property because it had a tennis court but our money was wasted and the inflexibility of the owner meant there was nothing we could do about it which left us with a very sour feeling.

Very easy to rent.

We had a lovely 10 days with 9 members of our family, children and grandchildren. Kids loved the pool, running track and tennis courts. Views from the sundeck were fab. Climb down to the beach not for the faint hearted! The sea breezes were perfect and kept us all cool ?

Great location and ticks all the boxes of pool, tennis court and beach proximity. Without giving too much away there is a big unexpected bonus - besides Christiana and Tony’s attentive care. Suffice to say this villa is overlooked only by the nearest water tower and lighthouse. The views are unrivalled.

Our group of 9 really enjoyed our stay at the villa, the villa has 4 bedrooms 3 with en-suit and the 4th bedroom is right beside the main bathroom so its very conveniently set up. We really enjoyed the pool and there were tennis rackets and balls provided for the private tennis court on the property. We also made good use of the BBQ bar which was great with its own wash sink and bar seating. The villa is right beside a spar shop and 4/05 restaurants/bars which is very handy. Christina is an amazing host she was very helpful during our stay and provided great information on the local area. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a dishwasher and washing machine. I would highly recommend this villa.
