Large 6 bedroom villa with heated pool and sea view. Walking distance of beach

Absolutely perfect villa for our family group of 12. The pool area was fantastic and was like having our own private resort Made good use of the outdoor charcoal bbq and could sit 12 in the dining room. There are also many other options for outside seating in warmer weather. Had the pool heating option as visit was in March. Our hosts were wonderful and available anytime via WhatsApp. Supermarkets and Carvoeiro 10 mins drive for shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property for a group of people. The 2 bedroom separate cottage is ideal for kids or granny suite !

Easy booking process and excellent communication throughout. The villa is equipped with everything you could need, including cot & high chair for baby. Each bedroom is generously sized and meant we all had our own space. Comfy beds too! The pool is wonderful, keeping the kids occupied for hours. The slide is an added bonus you don’t normally see in most villas. We loved the location. Walking distance to Benagil beach & a 5 minute drive to Carvoeiro. Supermarkets are also only a short drive, as is Slide & Splash. We were able to keep in touch with the property owners throughout our stay. They kindly allowed us to delay our check out time, as we had a night flight & there was no one booked into the villa immediately after us. This allowed us to have a very relaxing final day watching the Rugby World Cup final in Carvoeiro! What a great atmosphere! This is our third stay in Carvoeiro and this was, by far, the best villa we have stayed in. In short, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This Villa was so lovely , it was clean & very spacious .All bedrooms had on suites and the master bedroom was really nice.The grandchildren loved the pool , we had it heated so they didn’t want to get out .There was 10 of us & we all loved it . Next time we would think about hiring a car as supermarket about 20 mins away, but we managed with taxis.Would love to go again .

9 of us stayed for 10 nights and what a great choice it was. From start to finish we had a fantastic time. The villa is well furnished and really clean and stocked with everything you need for a great holiday. The pool was a true delight. We opted for pool heating which was well worth the extra charge. Benagil beach is just a short walk away and there are restaurants within walking distance too. We have already recommended this villa to friends and family anc would love to return in the future.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for a week in September with 12 of our family members to celebrate a special birthday. This is the 3rd villa we have rented abroad and this is by far the best. The villa is finished to an extremely high standard throughout and is very spacious. Perfect for a large group. The pool and garden are wonderful and the children loved the slide into the pool. The location is good, just a 5-10 min walk to a beautiful beach and restaurants. We used taxis to go into Carvoeiro town some evenings which worked well. We have no negatives at all and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The villa is stunning. It has everything for a perfect weeks holiday. I would recommend paying for the pool heating and would say a car is very useful unless you are happy to rely on taxis.

On arrival at Villa Concha, our party of 14 (age range from 1 year - 74 years) were overwhelmed by the size and cleanliness of the property. Plenty of space and immaculate everywhere. There was just so much to do - an amazing swimming pool with slide, large gardens for ball games and relaxing and the bar area was something else. Everything you needed was there. The kitchen was also so well equipped. We didn't hire a car as the walks around the cliff tops were stunning. The beach was 1km away and a lovely walk down and we found a mini supermarket about 2km away in the other direction. We would recommend the boat trip to the caves. We had the most amazing holiday here and are looking forward to coming back in a few years time. We would certainly recommend this villa,

Villa Concha is a huge, beautiful and extremely clean, well equipped villa with a lovely swimming pool complete with water slide. The outside eating and bar areas are fantastic and the large garden beautiful. There were 16 of us (3 generations) including twin babies, the huge master bedroom was easily big enough for the two cots to go in. Thank you to Liz for all your help with our booking, you couldn't have been more helpful. We all have very happy memories of a wonderful family holiday.

12 of us stayed at villa concha for 10 days in September ranging in age from 1 to 90 . We had such a lovely holiday and have so many happy memories to cherish . Villa was clean , well equipped, spacious and comfortable. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Would definitely stay again.
