Villa nearby of the sea,fully air-conditioned with panoramic view, heated pool

We had a wonderful trip in Dugi rat villa Petrina. Everything was as promised and the local beach was walking distance and beautiful.

This villa is lovely, very clean, well equipped and spacious. Our only issue was the steepness of the hill, and that was because we had grandma with us! I would definitely recommend it for a large family group.

We have rented several houses before but this was probably the best in many regards. Best accuracy against pictures and descriptions. Extremely friendly and supportive hosts. Clean and very well maintained. The house is in very good condition and well planned. I would recommend this object to all.

Vacation house description is precise, you will stay at beautiful house near coast with all facilities making your holiday very comfortable (swimming pool, jacuzzy, jumping area). The way from beach to the house is quite steep, but it will pay off in privacy and astonishing views. Hospitality of Petrina family was also top (they grilled fish for us).

We had an awesome week in this nice Vila, the hosts were always helpful with nice information about what to down in town, they even sorted out an awesome grilling for the whole group. Staying here was just great!

Villa Petrina is a great place for two families. As the topmost house on the hill, it provides privacy and a nice few across the sea. It is in very good condition and provides everything one could expect - pool, spa, even a small gym. Even better than the house itself are Tatjana and Mario, the owners. The are very friendly and extremely helpful. When one of our group became sick, they went above and beyond and found a great doctor for us in Split (and even called to announce our visit). Simply put: should we come back to the area for another vacation, we will definitely book the place again.

The property was great, we especially loved all the outdoor spaces. Mario and Tatiana were wonderful hosts.

The house is beautifull, pool as well. All is very clean. Kids loved the Jakuzzi. House is on steep hill, so you need a car or good fitness to get there especially with bags of food. Managers are very strict in respect of check-in and check-out. Don`t expect that you can stay anywhere near to the house even half an hour after check-out.

The villa is great, accommodated 12 adults (2 families). Split in to two apartments with space to spend time together as well as your own family space. Really well equipped, lots of space and stunning views across the bay. Great swimming pool as well as a hot tub! (Cleaned every day!) Gym to use as well. Great location, beach is a 10min walk and you can find beach bars, supermarket, restaurants all within walking distance. Dugi Rat is a lovely small town with a shingle beach, well placed as a departure point for the essential boat day trips. A trip in to Omis is a short ride on the bus, very nice old town, and Split is only 45 min on the bus. The approach to the villa is up a small steep lane, not for the faint hearted but keeps you fit! I would recommend car hire if you are less able. Very good contact with Mario the owner, answered all of our queries before our arrival. Loved our time at Villa Petrina and Dugi Rat.....would highly recommend.

Fab house with great views of the bay. Excellent area for families and great value for money for eating out in the area. Hill to house was steep for walking but great exercise for the calves!! Would recommend.
