Casa Montemar is located on Urano Street, 6B Santa Maria de Llorell. This house has a particular location, on a plot of 1000m2 in the hills that descend towards the sea. The views are beautiful. The constructed area is 150 meters. It has a nice garden and a large sunny terrace where you can sunbathe privately and make meals as a family enjoying the good weather. The distance to the beach is around 150 meters. Next to the beach there is a parking area. This house is very nice and is ready to receive up to 8 people. The house is distributed as follows: • On the ground floor: full bathroom with washing machine; spacious living room with sofa and armchairs, equipped with TV, satellite receiver, Freeview and DVD player; large dining room with fully equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher. There is access to a large terrace both from the living room and the dining room through glass doors. All windows and doors are protected with bars. • On the first floor: 4 double rooms, of which 2 with sea views; a full bathroom and a separate toilet. On the side of the house, there is a covered terrace with table and chairs where you can eat if there is a lot of sun on the front terrace. In addition, it is close to the barbecue that is placed in the garden so that smoke does not rise to the rooms. In front of the house there is a space to park a vehicle. The house has a pool of 7 mx 3m. Access to it from the terrace is protected by a small door to prevent small children from going down without the parents noticing.
