Villa Monoi – in gated community, steps from the beach by Elite Beach Villas

Pleasant stay at Villa Monoi. Easy walk to the beach, surfing, fishing and the restaurants. Breakfast prepared each morning and the included access to the Langosta Beach Club was a plus for the family.

Our family had an amazing stay at Villa Monoi! Very thoughtfully designed home that was well maintained, clean, comfortable and perfectly located near town and the beach. Katherine and Karina were fantastic hosts and Katherine was quick to respond to any questions we had and helped coordinate many activities during our stay. We loved the freshly made breakfast each morning prepared by Jamilethe, who was amazing, and the beautiful outdoor space and pool. Thank you Elite Beach Villas for a perfect Christmas getaway for our family. Highly recommend!!

A perfect place to stay! The location is amazing, just a 5 min golf cart ride away from the bustle of Tamarindo or steps away from the beautiful quiet beaches and great restaurants of Langosta. The house had everything and the modern feel, layout and pool was perfect for our 3 families. 2 families of 4 with grandparents. Karina our host was over the top helpful and exceeded our expectations. It was a a wonderful vacation thanks to this perfect house and host.

Great cozy house with plenty of room for all. Loved the pool. Great safe location with easy access to Langosta and tamarindo beaches. Karina and staff were always available. Loved the daily breakfasts.

Two families including 4 kids ages 6-11 had the most wonderful time in this home. It's broken out with a few rooms in each section of the house which makes for a sense of privacy among the common rooms. The place feels luxe and well organized and Karina was extremely attentive and helpful whenever we had questions during our stay. HIGHLY recommend this place for families needing a beach town relaxed vacation with a little bit of luxury accomidation!

We had a great time at Villa Monoi! House was fantastic, very clean, open and family friendly. Location is a quick golf cart (highly recommend) ride to town or 10 min walk (when the tide is out) on the beach. Property manager was super attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was in a great location and the employees working for the management company are awesome. The place was clean and the daily cleaning was exceptional. They even washed our laundry and folded and placed on our bed every day. Amazing service and beautiful home. We will be back again!!!

We were on a company trip and booked this home for 10 adults and we absolutely loved it! It’s super clean and has a modern look. Living area and bedrooms are spacious. Bedrooms have lots of drawers/cabinets to accommodate all of your belongings. The pool was also very clean. Each morning the cleaning crew came and cleaned up the house. They also helped us rent golf carts so that we can drive back and forth from dinner/shopping etc. Short drive into town, roughly 5 mins. The staff and property manager were very nice and gave us immediate assistance if we needed it. I highly recommend this home!
