CASA OLA AOLHA IS WHAT TROPICAL DREAMS ARE MADE OF!

We had an exceptional stay at Casa Ola Aloha in Costa Rica. Our group of eight had more than enough space, and the home could easily accommodate an even larger group comfortably. The pool and hot tub were a standout—truly a highlight of the stay. The location was ideal, and the overall setting made it easy to fully relax and enjoy time together. Bonus: you are truly a two min walk to the beach. The housekeeper was incredibly kind and a wonderful cook taking care of breakfast every day, which added a special layer to the experience. The home felt clean, comfortable and well cared for. What really set this stay apart was the management through Vida Pinilla. Their responsiveness and attention to detail were extraordinary. We mentioned that the motion-activated lights were being triggered at night by nearby trees, and by the next morning, they had already sent someone out to fix it. It was clear that no detail was too small or too big. For any family or group looking for a relaxing, well-managed getaway, I would highly recommend Casa Ola Aloha and the Vida Pinilla team.

Everything about our stay at Casa Ola Aolha was outstanding!! The home was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. The communication from Vida Pinilla made everything easy for our stay. We did the grocery pre-stock and breakfast service which was a great touch to maximize our stay. The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club was easily accessible and we enjoyed the combination of beach and pool time. When looking for a place to visit we needed a safe property that runners could get their miles in and this was all of that with the many miles of trails and paths within secure gates. All of the recommendations from concierge for transportation, surf lessons, golf cart, etc were super easy. We can't wait to come back!! Pura Vida!

Perfect in every way. We have stayed in VRBO homes for years and this was the best experience we've had. I can't say enough about the property managers. The communication was excellent from booking to departure. They were responsive and helpful in every way and helped us book everything we needed. The location is great - in a beautiful, convenient, gated neighborhood with a path to a lovely beach across the street (3 min walk). We walked many miles on the beach, and at low tide you can get to other great beaches. The house itself is stunning and spotless. When we arrived we were greeted by our housekeeper and property manager, and the house was so welcoming. The kitchen fully stocked, a beautiful outdoor kitchen and a quiet and private back yard. Everything is top quality, including bedding and linens which I love in a vacation spot. Our housekeeper, Shannon, was wonderful, kind, and a great cook, making us breakfast every day. There is a walking path along the main road just outside the neigborhood and totally safe. We ran and biked on it daily. You can rent bikes and there are miles of off road trails. Hacienda Pinilla is a great, growing community with a beach club, golf, tennis and pickleball and many restuarant choices. Quite a few restaurants in Playa Avellana deliver too, although we went to this charming beach community numerous times for the beach and lovely beachside restaurants. We truly had the perfect week in the perfect location.

From the initial reservation through departure, Joel could not have been more communicative. He was responsive earlier onto any of my questions and prior to arrival receive communication on a daily basis the week prior to ensure a smooth arrival and experience. Throughout the day he was there at a backing call to respond to any questions, concerns or issues that may have risen. The house itself is Top Notch. We have rented other VRBO properties down toward Manuel’s Antonio and this property stands far above that. The community itself is very nice with an 18 hole golf course as well as the JW Marriott property within the development. Additionally, there is the Hacienda Padilla beach club available. The icing on the cake was definitely Janette. The house made. She was wonderful, accommodating, and incredibly an incredible hard worker do not hesitate to book this property as you will not regret the experience.

My family and friends and I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Casa Ola Aloha. The home is beautiful (even better than shown in pictures) and had anything you could have ever wanted or needed (example, on the outside patio they had a whole separate silverware and pool cup selection, games and toys and books for kids, etc). The proximity to the beach, beach club, and JW was awesome and allowed us to split our time between the pool and other areas, and it was quiet and serene anywhere we went. 10/10 will stay out of here again.

AMAZING!! This house was everything as pictured and more. It was the absolute perfect place to spend my 50th birthday with a few couples. We had the best time ever. The house is beautiful very spacious and very clean. Janet is an absolute jewel on this property as she attended to our needs even with our language barrier. She cooked us an American breakfast that was delicious. And on our last day when food was running low she made it stretch, got creative, repurposed some dinner items and made it work. I’ve never reached out to the property beforehand. But I ended up reaching out to them several times and even while on property. They always responded timely and helped us book car service, groceries, chef services (which was also an awesome dinner) golf cart, horseback riding….anything we needed they were quick and gracious to help. When we arrived someone was at the house and showed us around…I’ve never had that before. It was the best trip ever! Oh..don’t leave anything outside. There is wildlife galore! Fox, birds, raccoons….ants big enough to carry off your shoes.

The pictures don’t do the house justice. If you are looking for a bit of tranquility near the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo, this is the place for you!

Casa Ola Aloha is absolutely phenomenal! The home is so beautiful and perfectly designed, it was ideal for our party of 3 couples and 2 kids. It was extremely well appointed, every single thing we looked for we were able to find! Jeanette our housekeeper was so kind and helpful and also provided some good advice and recommendations. The beach is a very short walk and at low tide forms small pools that were perfect for a quick dip. The pool was amazing and came with lots of fun toys for the kids. We did go to the beach club but almost immediately wished we were back at our private oasis. There were also many creatures, birds, monkeys, raccoons and crabs. There is also a stable and a private beach accessible which we really enjoyed. All in all this was an incredible vacation, made perfect by this amazing casa! Mucho gusto!

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay with family! Truly a gem.

We enjoyed everyday of our stay! Great house with most every amenity you could want for a family. The location is perfect… in a gated community with nice neighbors and proximity to a private beach. The house came with spices and seasonings, so don’t buy those at the store. The communication was up to par and their advice was always spot on. Know there is a garage that is full of the owner’s toys/gear, and is tight, so don’t plan on using the garage for your car. We weren’t too bothered by it, even though we used the garage for our main access to the house.

The house was wonderful and exactly as pictured. My kids loved to come back to the warm pool after a long day at the beach. We loved the shade in the back of the house in the afternoons to get a break from the sun but still enjoy the outdoors. The beach that's within walking distance to the house is great for walking on and exploring tide pools. We however spent most of our time at Playa Avellanas as it was better for swimming and surfing.

Another fabulous stay at this great home ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, enjoying the fabulous pool area, spacious kitchen and well appointed bedrooms and baths !

communication with property managers was FANTASTIC! traveling to a foreign country can be tricky to navigate at times so having a team to let us know the options, field questions, and be in frequent communication was great!! it made the vacation much more relaxing and fun.

This was our second year in a row to stay at Casa Ola Aloha. We made so many great memories here. The house is perfect for entertaining both adults and kiddos and the management staff is wonderful and responsive. Our kids said they loved waking up to Jeanettes yummy breakfast and swimming in the pool the most.
