Villa Mendes was built with the natural surroundings in mind. Carefully utilizing traditional and modern building practices, modern architecture and ecological principles. We feel it’s important to point out that the best our estate has to offer are epic sea views, charming sea life, breezy pine trees, unforgettable sunsets and unbelievably amazing night sky. This magical place is all about you ‘being there’ and have direct sea access. We feel privileged to be the stewards of this little piece of paradise and require our guests to honor house rules that ensure we are good neighbors to the surrounding nature. Beautiful beach and natural sea access. We recommend SUV or higher clearance vehicles due to gravel road leading to the property.
