On the first floor are 3 bedrooms (1 small with bunkbed) and 1 more bathroom. In front of the 2 big bedrooms is a spacious shady balcony. The villa is located in a community of privately owned villas on 10 minutes driving distance from town.

Agios Antonios is a lovely area on a hillside, with amazing sea views, up to Skopelos and Evia, views to town and the green area surrounding this group of villas. The driving distance to town is approximately 10 minutes. There are no facilities nearby, but the nearest supermarket is at Ahladies beach, around 5 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are Vasilias and Ahladies.

This villa is located next to villa Josan, and if desired you could stay in both villas with a group up to 14 people.



The villa is located on a hillside, within a 10 minute drive to town. The only way to reach the villa is via car, scooter, quad or taxi. There is no public transport. Walking is possible, but the way back home is quite steep, when it gets hot in the summer. The area is definitely beautiful for walking, and there are many tracks inland, that allow you to cross over to the other side of the island.



This villa is only suitable for people who will rent a car or scooters. strictly NO parties allowed. Prefer families over groups of youngsters.
