Villa in the World Tennis Club with 16 tennis courts and private pool

We stayed the month of March while working virtually. Well appointed property with lots of room to spread out and work/relax. Internet was strong enough for Zooms for two, and streaming. Pool is great--don't forget the tubes in the garage; great way to waste a few hours floating around. The location is well situated--Costco and Publix/Walmart all located nearby; 15 minutes to Naples Pier and other beaches; the WTC is a nice area for walks. There were a few small hiccups...nothing that should deter you from renting the property, but things that were small annoyances that could be solved. We arrived on Wednesday afternoon to find nearly overflowing garbage and recycling bins. The trash/recycling is left at the curb on Tuesday & Friday nights, so it would have been great if someone had left them out overnight and they were empty for our arrival. The house was clean, but there were cobwebs around the lanae/pool area that we cleaned out. A few of the drains need attention as they ran a bit slow. Finally, we arrived to find that whoever washed the linens/towels put away the towels wet, so we needed to re-wash/dry everything. Kurt, the owner, and Maria, the property manager are very nice and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay very nice area. we walked every morning. We enjoyed the house and the pool. Close to beaches and shopping.

Beautiful home, great pool and the setting is so relaxing. The neighborhood is fantastic, ammenties are great such as community pool and tennis and bistro/pub. Shopping is just down the street with everything. Bikes were wonderful. I would definitely rent this property again. Thank you!

The house and facilities were ideal for our two week holiday with our family of four. A very clean and spacious split-level home (a twin and a double bedroom are upstairs with a Jack and Jill bathroom). The master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and a huge walk-in closet is downstairs. Two bicycles were also available for our use. Various beaches, shops and restaurants are a short drive. Great location. Kurt is very helpful and responds quickly to emails. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this house during the month of January, 2017. It was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes. It was so relaxing sitting by the pool with a glass of wine in the evening. Just beautiful! The location was perfect. It is close to beaches and shopping. We highly recommend this house.

We stayed in this nice villa in July and it was wonderful. We've been renting vacation properties in Florida and SC for nearly 10 years and this one was one of the best. Very convenient location, comfortable and clean house that had everything we needed. Pool area was the best, peaceful, beautiful view; nice, quiet neighborhood. The owner was pleasure to work with; all questions were answered promptly . There were many extras- beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes. As for the beaches we liked Delnor-Wiggins the most, the beach area is very close to parking and it wasn't crowded at all. We will definitely return to this beautiful place!

The house is located in the very nice World Tennis Club resort. The property is very clean and the tennis courts are excellent. The house is well equipped with all required amenities you need for a perfect stay. Everything is very clean and well maintened.The owner is available for questions, help and support. We spent a lovely, relaxing week and we will most likely try to come back again! We can highly recommend this house to their customers!

At the beginning of April 2015 we stayed for one week in this beautiful and comfortable home. What we enjoyed most is that it is extremely well maintained and that it is located in a quiet, cozy neighborhood. In the mornings we had breakfast in the beautiful Pool area with a spectacular view of the lake and wildlife. Everything in the house worked, all appliances, the tv`s and air-condition. It was great not to have to call around and waste precious holiday time for that. The three bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. There is a lot of storing space in the cabinets. Everything was clean and we felt that this place is well cared for and looked after. It is a paradise for tennis players. The tennis courts are well kept and in walking distance. The holiday-agent was very kind and we felt well taken care of. She called us and came by to see if there is anything more she can do for us. She gave us several good tips, as to which part of the beach to go to, which restaurants are worth trying, for example Tommy Bahamas. If you care for a good burger, you should try the Cheesecake Factory. We spent wonderful 7 days in this house and felt at home after the first night. It is lovely and quiet. The next big supermarket Publix and all kinds of shopping facilities are just a short drive away. We had a very relaxing time and were very sad when our holiday was over. But we are looking forward to returning later this year. I can only recommend this holiday-home. To us it wasn´t just a holiday-place, we felt at home and miss it.
