Stayed Dec 23, 2022We really enjoyed our stay in Capodimente. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The house is as pretty as the photos and the views from the upper floor are breathtaking. We really appreciated the time spent with family in this lovely part of Italy and would love to return at some point. Thanks for everything!

Stayed Jul 28, 2018We were a mixed party of parents and young adults and so we hired the entire villa. As we walked around the corner and saw the villa we were blown away. We had plenty of individual and shared space, using the top apartment as our shared space. The balcony and sun deck is beautiful for breakfast, early evening drinks and dinner, and the garden is just right for lunch. Capodimonte is a super little authentic Italian town, the lake and shore is ideal for either a lazy day or a day on the water should you want to hire a boat. There are some delightful restaurants and places for an early evening aperitif, the locals are friendly and speak a little English. Barbara is an excellent host via What's App. Although she is not based locally she is very attentive and obliging. I would highly recommend this property and we can't wait to return next year.
