Description

A spacious home, just a stone's throw from the lake, with excellent access to amenities, located on the first floor of a building in the town center. The dual exposure and proximity to the lake keep the rooms cool even in summer, especially on days when the Vattutella blows—the north wind that creates a harmonious and unique microclimate on the southern shores of Lake Bolsena. In the heart of Tuscia, it’s the ideal place to recharge, play sports, and visit unique and relaxing spots. The apartment is perfect for families or groups of up to 5 people, featuring a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a small bedroom with an IKEA bunk bed suitable for adults, and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is new, featuring an induction cooktop, and is fully equipped with pots, trays, plates, and glasses, as well as a microwave, kettle, and moka pot. Just a short walk away is the lakeside promenade, featuring gardens, playgrounds, benches, and picnic tables, as well as numerous restaurants, ice cream shops, and pizzerias—and it’s where festivals and markets take place on weekends. Visit the Ancient Tower mentioned by Dante, which offers a spectacular view of the entire lake, the picturesque Borgo dei Pescatori (Fishermen’s Village), and the historic center. Enjoy a walk or a bike ride along the lake’s shores toward Montefiascone or the village of Capodimonte, with its wide beaches and the harbor from which you can take a boat to visit the islands of Lake Bolsena.
