Magrini is a pretty stone-built farmhouse with private swimming pool belonging to the Fubbiano estate where guests can enjoy the farm atmospheres and landscapes. The house is situated in a very quiet position at the border of the estate, a few hundred metres from the borgo with wine cellars and olive oil mill. The white and red D.O.C. wines and extra virgin olive oil are among the best in the Lucca area and are available for purchase by clients, as well as other local products.

Stayed Sep 7, 2024This property was perfect for the 5 of us - lots of space and the pool was perfect. All we could have done with was an extra armchair or sofa as not enough comfortable indoor seating for 5 adults. Outdoors there was plenty of choice of deckchairs and dining garden furniture. The wine tasting and tour was a highlight of our stay. Highly recommended.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022Super helpful host, well-kept and beautifully located house with a nice pool! Really nice service with the local wine as a welcome and thorough cleaning of both house and pool several times during our stay. A short but steep walk up the mountain leads to a small town with a nice bar/restaurant - highly recommended.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Excellent place. Quiet, great landscape. Chiara, who is taking care of guests, is very warm and welcoming. Nice wine you can buy from fattoria. Perfect location for day trips to Pisa (highly recommend Marina di Pisa if you need sea), Lucca is 15 min away, Firenze, etc. We are considering to come back next year.
