Villa in Montalcino, exclusive for you, stunning view!!!

This property was a great place for our group to day trip around Tuscany. It is a lovely house in a beautiful setting. It is what I envisioned for a perfect country stay in Tuscany.

The pool area was awesome, very clean and beautiful landscape.Beds were comfortable, house was very clean! Loved the little coffee room.Lots of space to spread out in.Luigi was an excellent host!

This is a perfect villa in a perfect location. The interior is excellently equipped and is very comfortable and spacious, and the multiple external relaxing/dining areas are ideal for enjoying the incredible views in every direction, whilst the large pool is perfect for cooling off from the summer sun. The whole villa was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. Luigi provided very helpful information about the villa and surrounding area in advance of our arrival, and was regularly keeping in touch during our stay to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. We enjoyed the most amazing two weeks in this fantastic villa, and we would not hesitate to return if we get the chance to do so again in future. Thank you, Luigi.

Lovely villa in a beautiful location.

First, I was concerned we would be a little out of the way, and the good news is that we were. The views from the house are tremendous, and there are three towns within 10 minutes with a few lovely restaurants. These towns are charming and are not swarmed over with tourists. But if you want the crowds, Pienza and Matacino are within 20-30 minutes and there are a ton of other lovely well known cities like Cortona and Maltapuciano less than an hour away. Walking the gravel road that the house is on is 2.5 miles round trip, and a lovely walk with perfect vistas and grazing sheep. The landscaping around the house is elegant (although I would like to see the hedge around the pool trimmed a little lower as it does block a little of the view when in a lounge chair). The house is roomy and well furnished, although the kitchen is a bit small. The one criticism I would give, is that if we were a larger party, the out door seating is very limited. It really needs a comfortable sitting set with more than four seats both on the patio as well as next to the pool. But I would highly recommend the house, and would come back without hesitation.

The villa is huge and well appointed with anything you could imagine There are two large dining rooms inside and several well appointed outside patio areas. The bucolic setting includes birds , roaming sheep down the hill meandering from field to field. Couldn’t be more restful! Also close enough to Siena , San gimingnano Assisi for day trips and even Florence Will definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! It was just wonderful, and Luigi was a fantastic host! The views from every part of the villa are amazing! It was so fun to see all of the sheep each morning and watch the sunset in the evenings. We were fortunate enough to be in town for the olive festival in Montisi, the quaint little village just a few miles away. We had a blast! The recommended chef who cooked for us at the villa, Giancarlo from the Tuscan Chef, was incredible! What a fantastic recommendation! We also loved the food in town at Cantina 97. It was awesome! We hope that we can come back to this special villa again someday!

Spectacular setting! The villa was perfect for our family! Luigi was extremely welcoming and helpful. We all hated to leave!

We were a group of 4 couples and found there was plenty of room for all of us. The property as better in person than we had expected. We had a car so it was really easy to get around and see all the towns nearby. Very beautiful property with great vistas. So relaxing to hang out at the pool or the deck.

We loved everything about the Villa and the property. We were 3 couples, the villa could easily handle 4 couples or even up to 10-12 people if sharing a bathroom was not a concern. We used the pool, both outdoor sitting spaces, cooked a couple meals, went for walks around the property, watched netflix a little and had the Tuscan Chef from nearby Montisi come to the villa and cook us dinner one night. We visited Pienza, Montepulchiano, Montacino, Assisi and Siena. Highlight restaurants were La Grotto in Montepulchiano and Boccon Divino in Montacino but every meal we had on our vacation was wonderful. The food is so good. I'd also recommend Ercolani Winery in Montepulchiano, its an in-town winery but their private tasting tour with food was well worth the time. The host, Luigi, was great. He met us at the villa and showed us around, gave us restaurant tips and answered all of our questions. We would very much rent this place again.

Fabulous property!! Book the in-house chef!

Hosting a reunion of family and friends at this lovely Villa was a wonderful experience.. Nearly five weeks of managing guests rotating in and out went quite easily. Luigi was an exceptional property manager that met needs promptly and was always eager to answer questions and make recommendations for things like local dining. The pool and grounds were lovely and well maintained. I would love to return at some point in the future.

This year we visited places that were closer to the villa, because we knew we wanted to spend more time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful home and pool. Last year, we went to all the major sites, Cortona, Siena, Pienza, and Montepulciano, all within an hour or 1.5 hrs. from the villa. The home was once again well equipped with everything we needed, large refrigerator, great oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, and outdoor grill. The owner, Luigi, is very responsive, friendly and helpful. The views are magnificent, and we loved watching the sheep move from field to field every day. The pool is glorious and well kept along with the beautiful landscaping. We already booked the villa for next summer. We imagine we'll be going for many years to come.

We all thought the villa was beautiful and the views from the villa were breathtaking. The pool was exceptionally clean. Everyone absolutely loved the property.
