Located in Montalcino, Tuscany, this 60 m² agritourism apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will find a well-equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, and air conditioning. Families with children have access to a cot and high chair, and wine glasses are provided to enjoy estate-produced Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino. The property offers shared parking. One pet is allowed; smoking and events are not permitted. The farmhouse follows recycling guidelines (details on site), uses energy-saving lighting, and partially generates electricity with solar panels.



This early 19th-century stone farmhouse has been recently renovated, preserving rural features like local stone, handmade bricks, and early 20th-century rustic furnishings. Surrounded by woods, vineyards, and olive groves, it enjoys a dominant position with views over the Val d'Orcia south of Montalcino, offering breathtaking panoramas and unique sunsets over the rolling hills. The estate produces Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso di Montalcino, and olive oil from local varieties, with tastings available on request for an extra fee.
