Il SIGNORILE Portofino by KlabHouse is a charming private villa surrounded by a large park with a private swimming pool and an extraordinary view at 360° degree, which will give you the opportunity to live a unique experience staying in the Portofino Natural Park , just a few meters from the famous harbor , the “Piazzetta” and from Brown Castle

The Dream will start from your arrival, after a short walk through the famous square, the boutiques and yachts of Portofino, you will find the suggestive entrance through a cave, at the end of it , there is the elevator that will bring you directly to heaven.
The Villa is composed of 3 floors, offers 7 bedrooms ( 6 double, 1 single room) with air conditioning and several dining areas , with both internal and external views, where you can enjoy wonderful lunch and dinner watching the beautiful landscape of Portofino .


Car is not necessary but in case you have it, the Villa offers one private spot, which is located inside the public parking of Portofino. In case you need more spots, the costs is about € 35,00 per car per day.
Paraggi beach it is at only 3 km away so you can reach it by a nice walk of 15 minutes or by 2 bus stops.


Please note that there are some rules to ensure that the staff is able to run the household perfectly during your stay.
No parties may be held at the house.
The maximum number of guests permitted in the Villa are 10, including any 'day guests'. This is to ensure that the villa is run both safely and smoothly. Regrettably no exceptions can be made.
There is a standard rental agreement that can be pre-mailed to guests who have reserved in advance, or provided at check in. We will also require ID of all guests staying at the property as required by Italian law.

Check ins are by appointment only. Check in time is from 3PM to 8PM. We ask you for your cooperation in communicating your arrival time and updating us in case of delays. Please make sure that we have a phone number or email that you will have access to while traveling. Check ins after 8PM must be approved in advance and will be subject to an extra charge.
The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €2.50 per person, per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager in cash upon arrival.
The maximum number of guests that can be served at meal times is the number of guests for which the reservation was made. If you have special requests for hosting, please let us know in advance.
Please be respectful of the neighbouring properties and do not play any music after 23:00.

The Tigullio Gulf is a succession of breathtaking bays as Portofino, Paraggi, the roadstead of Santa Margherita Ligure, San Michele di Pagana and the Gulf of Rapallo up to Zoagli.

Surroundings
-Camogli occupies the valley to the west of Portofino, overlooking the Golfo Paradiso. It's a typical fishing village, a tourist center known for its harbor and the colorful buildings along the mare. Camogli is famous throughout Europe as the City of the Thousand White Sailing Ships. His extraordinary sailing tradition is in fact one of the more notable tourist attractions.

-San Fruttuoso is set in a deep bay, almost a pearl in the rugged coast of Portofino. It features a magical abbey dating back to the year one thousand, around which there is a small beach, a church, the tower of the Doria and a few fishermen's cottages that are reflected in the emerald blue sea, on a background of dark green pines.

-Cinque Terre are a national park, one of the least contaminated natural areas of the Mediterranean. The human activities, especially the wine growing and the dry walls, have create a landscape that is unique in the world. All of this together with a crystalline sea have made the Cinque Terre the favored destination for both Italian and foreign tourists.

How to reach Tigullio Gulf

By Plane
The nearest Airport is Genoa (Cristoforo Colombo), easily accessible by highway, from the Genova Aeroporto toll booth.
There are also frequent flights from Milan and Pisa
By car
The Tigullio Gulf is easily accessible by car via the motorway A12 Genova-Livorno that passes through it, exiting at toll in Sestri Levante, Lavagna, Chiavari or Rapallo, then the latter to reach Santa Margherita and Portofino Zoagli.
By train
The railroad that affects the Gulf of Tigullio is the Genoa-Pisa, with stations in Santa Margherita Ligure-Portofino, San Michele di Pagana, Rapallo, Zoagli, Chiavari, Lavagna, Cables, Sestri Levante, Riva Trigoso.
