House was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the chocolates on the pillows. Nice touch !!

We didn't have our pets with us, so cannot speak to pet areas. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, flatwear, but needed cookie sheets and a 9 x 13 sized pan. The overall condition of the house is thatbit needs painting and general uokeep, but itnis very nice.

Rental was nice. I was disappointed the gas grill didn't work. The toilet paper was very thin. We enjoyed the golf cart very much. The patio was very nice too. We enjoyed having coffee, breakfast and dinner on the patio

I was very pleased with this home, the location was great, the owners were very good at communicating and making sure all my needs were met. The pictures of the house are exactly what you would find. There was a small issue with the golf cart when I first got there and they took care of that immediately. I would definitely book again!

Our recent two-week stay at a charming VRBO property in The Village, Florida, was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful touches that made this two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental feel like a home away from home.The property itself was the perfect size for our needs. Both bedrooms were well-appointed, offering comfortable bedding and plenty of storage space for our belongings. The bathrooms were spotless and stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to settle in. The open-concept living area was tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. We particularly appreciated the cozy seating arrangement, which made for pleasant evenings relaxing after a day of activities.The kitchen was another highlight of the property. Fully equipped with modern appliances and a good selection of cookware, it allowed us to prepare meals with ease. While we did enjoy dining out at some of the local restaurants, having the option to cook made our stay even more convenient and cost-effective.One of the standout features of this rental was the electric golf cart. In The Village, where golf carts are a primary mode of transportation, this amenity was not just a convenience but an integral part of our experience. The property’s proximity to several venues, including shopping centers, restaurants, and recreational facilities, meant we rarely needed to use our car.

The property and property manager were both good. We did experience a strong smoke smell that forced us to air out the property the first day. It still had some odor after airing it out. Everything else was as expected based on the listing.

Excellent location and comfy house! Very clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay! Just have a smartphone light or other light handy if arriving at night to see the dials on the door lockbox. Note: there is no drip coffee maker, only a Keurig machine (I prefer drip!).

Overall nice place and close to sumter landing. Only negatives were no cable TV for current programming or ice for a cooler.

We came to experience the Villages for the first time...we will return!

We originally planned to come over Labor Day;Covid changed our plans at the last minute. I was amazed and thrilled when the owner said we could come October 3 instead! Chantal, our property manager was excellent. We had a problem with our electricity, and she resolved it immediately.We have no complaints but do suggest that the owner replace the mattress in the second bedroom (My daughter slept on the comfortable sofa instead);also, the kitchen could use a few more things-for example, a collander and large soup pot. We had to leave two days early because of the hurricane, but we enjoyed our time in our host's home.
