Our villa is 150m2 and has two floors. The upper floors have doors with ceilings and floors in antique beautiful cedar wood suitable for the Mediterranean climate. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and each room has its own bathroom and toilet. Stayed Jul 19, 2025A fabulous 10 days at the Patara Prince resort. Would come back here anytime (and have done on 5 occasions). The perfect relaxing holiday.

Stayed Apr 28, 2025We spent 10 great days here in May. Olcay could not have been more helpful. All communication was prompt, friendly and informative. The villa is lovely. Very well appointed and cared for. There are a lot of steps down to the hotel/pool/waterfront but for us this was fine. A 30 mins (mostly level) walk gets you into the heart of Kalkan where you are spoilt for choice for places to eat, drink and shop. Easy to get a taxi though if you prefer. Would definitely return if we get the chance.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024We stayed 10 days at the villa. It was like moving into a lovely home for your holiday. Absolutely everything you need and more. Very convenient each of us having our own bathroom, the supermarket right across the road, and the pool and sea very close by. Lovely view from the patio. If you're hungry by the pool, there's a restaurant. There area lotof stairs to get to the pool, but there was a shuttle bus running every 15mins. Parking was easy if you hire a car. The host was helpful when we needed assistance with something and was also very generous in letting us have a late check out on our last day which was very helpful and very much appreciated. AAll in all a great property. whichelpfuappreciated.

Stayed Jun 6, 2023The villa and resort were all we could have wished for and more. Only a cheap £2 taxi into town. The water front and swimming access was fantastic. We would highly recommend. 5star.
