Villa Eufemia - 3 apartments for your perfect vacation :)

Everything went perfectly from the beginning to the end of our stay. Mathea was always available if needed and the accommodation was a dream within the nature. Close to the airport and nevertheless very silent. 100% recommendation!

Host was very helpful, property was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is located in a small rural area. The sourrounding is very quiet. You have a little shop there and the other shops like Lidl, Kaufland etc. are 10min drive away. Also to Pula center and the beaches around you only need 20min drive. The house itself is a dream. All climatized, clean and spacious as you find it in the description. We enjoyed the big pool, volleyball, table tennis, billiard, fitness equipment and the many possibilities to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is great, also the outdoor shower an possibility to sit and eat with 10 people together outdoor. With little kids you would also have a wonderful small playground. Washing machine is great. Matea warmly welcomed us with some prepared food and was always there when we needed help or had a question. The pool was cleaned two times the week. The onlly thing you need to know is that you have lots of mosiquitos which I guess is normal for the area. So from the first moment till the end it was a relaxing holiday and we can highly reccomend the house!

This villa has amazing facilities with enough to entertain whatever the weather. It also has loads of space to escape each other and the hosts are friendly and can not do enough to help. We turned up with a flat battery and they organised a mechanic the same day. Only downsides are the mossies and the eclectic layout. Works well if you are aware it is three separate apartments and that works for your family. Not so great if you want to be in the same area as more than two kids.

July 2019, our family of 7, visit this fantastic place. The landlady was very friendly and very helpful. She even drove us to the airport the day after our arrival, when we had to pick up our rental cars (the office was closed upon our arrival). She does not understand English, but speaks a little German. It is preferable to rent a car, since there is nothing within walking distance. The house is about 5 min. from Pula airport. Grocery shopping is about 10 min. away, where you will find both a big Lidl and Konzum. The house was clean and well furnished. There was the opportunity to cook both inside and outside. The house is divided into 3 sections, all with kitchen and toilet, which is great if you travel with a large family. Especially the pool, eating and the garden areas was perfect. The town, Pula is not that big and therefore easy to overcome. A trip to the island of Brijuni is worth a visit. Remember to bring mosquito spray.

We had a fantastic time in Muntic. Location was great, house was amazing and Vesna and family couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Would love to come back again. One thing watch out for the mosquitos lol!!! :-)
