Refundable Security Deposit: €500 (paid by card on arrival) for group of 12 persons. For groups of 12 or more, the refundable security deposit amount will be adjusted due to the larger group size.

For bookings of 28 nights and more (monthly), please note that we charge extra for Wifi/TV Service @ €100 and extra electricity consumption starting from €300 @ 4 persons and adjusted to the final number of persons in the reservation. Payments are cash on arrival.
