VILLA DELMATI with tennis court, swimming pool with whirlpool, 5 bedrooms

You are missing something if you don’t book the house. The hostess and her family were amazing. They did everything if we needed something and even cooked us a meal and treated us to self made cakes and sweets. It was amazing. The whole premise is great. We are Tennis addicted and the court was good. Definitely a recommendation!

Our family's stay at Villa Delmati was absolutely fantastic—we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, with shops and everything we needed just a short walk away. The owners went above and beyond, not only with their friendliness but also by offering wonderful recommendations for things to do in the area. A true highlight of our trip was when they cooked a delicious local dish for us one evening. We highly recommend Villa Delmati and can't wait to visit again!

Thanks to Laura (the host), we had a great vacation! The house was clean and well equipped. If we had questions or needed anything, Laura made sure to help us out. Her recommendations were amazing, and we had a blast while staying there. It's a quiet house with a great pool area. During our stay, we were surprised with home-made sweets by Laura's mom! Overall, we can't praise Laura and her family enough for providing us with the house and the everything around it! We would definitely come back!

We spent a wonderful week in Villa Delmati with family and friends. The Villa is huge and immaculately kept. The summer kitchen worked really well for us and we lived outdoors for the whole week. The pool was well used to say the least along with the full sized tennis court. Location wise, very well placed; 10 minutes from Omis and 25 minutes from Split. The coastal road south of Omis was spectacular with its turquoise seas and numerous beach and cove stopping points. During our stay we made a trip to Split, a day's boat trip to the island of Brac (truly unforgettable and would highly recommend) and had a fantastic meal in Naklice at Konoba Palacio which is 5 minutes drive But the stand out part of our trip has to be the hospitality shown to us by the owners who were fun, warm, welcoming and so helpful in sharing recommendations. A special mention to Laura for welcoming us late after a flight delay and also her top class organisation of the boat trip, which is an absolute must, and booking of the local restaurant on our last day in Tugare. Also to Laura's Mum for the special feast she cooked for our group during our stay. We had an unforgettable week in this Villa and we would highly recommend. We wouldn't hesitate to return here agin in future.

The pool really is as big as it seems in the pictures, and we made good use of it! We loved the outdoor kitchen, never used the one in the house. There are many beaches and outdoor activities within around 15 minutes by car. This review wouldn't be complete if I didn't mention the great hosts - thank you Laura for your help and tips, and thank you Ivana for spoiling us with delicious desserts!

We spent 2 weeks in the villa an had a fantastic time. Ivana and her daughter Laura were the best hosts. They were always available and even prepared a few delicious meals for us. The villa is even better than expected. The garden with a kitchen, the tennis court and all the rooms were in perfect condition. There is a little supermarket on the other side of the street, a very good restaurant is just around the corner. Thanks again for a fantastic time. We will come back :-)

We were a group of 8 adults and 1 child and had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The house looks even better in real than on the photos and everything is super clean. Even though we were really unlucky with the weather, we had a great and cozy time in Tugare. The house has everything you could ask for and there is a little supermarket right in front of the house. The tennis court is great. On the terrace and in the garden is lots of space for further activities, such as table tennis or a bit of soccer. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool because of the outside temperature but even the look of it gave us a feeling of summer holiday. We would definitely come back. Again a special thanks to Laura and her mum for having us!

Pictures give you an idea of the house and pool and beautiful outdoor kitchen. You get exactly what you see, just that it is even more fantastic in real life. On top this is all hosted by an extremely nice family. They are very welcoming and help you very fast whenever there is an issue. I don‘t think it can better!
