This beautiful and spacious semi-detached villa is positioned right on the coast, within walking distance from the sea. The house lies on a cliff overlooking the sea. A welcoming and cozy beach can be reached from the garden through a series of steps along the coast.
It’s situated in a calm neighborhood between Briatico and Sant’Irene. Here you can enjoy a holiday in Calabria in a peaceful setting,and be cradled by the sound of the sea.

Villa delle Serene has been recently renovated and is furnished in a contemporary and Mediterranean style. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom while the second floor is a loft-like open space with 3 single beds and a full bathroom with shower. The house can sleep up to 7 people plus 1 or 2 cribs.
The ground floor has another 2 full bathrooms with shower, a comfortable living-room and a spacious kitchen overlooking the garden. The tastefully furnished terrace and garden are wonderful places where guests can enjoy the surroundings and sea view.

From the well-kept and shady garden, one can easily reach the small sandy beach through a private path. The beach, which can be reached on foot only from a couple of houses, can almost be considered private. Nestled between rocks, it is the perfect place to go snorkeling and to set out on excursions exploring the bays along the coast.
The location next to the beach and the proximity to Tropea and Pizzo (about 10 km) make this home a special place.
