B&B - Hotel con Piscina

Host was responsive to messages and was able to direct us to someone who spoke better english when help with navigation to the hotel was requested. However, the hotel was never provided on the vrbo page, so the initial address sent us to the incorrect area of the property and we had to circle the area and call the host to direct us to the accurate location. Upon arrival, the host was not on site and his mother checked us in. The pool was a HUGE disappointment. We booked this place specifically for the pool and it was green when we got there. We were told by the mother the pool was out of use because it was off season. It looked like it hadn't been open in years. There is no way in 1 month of it being off season the pool would turn as green as we witnessed. It was merely black. There was no mention in the listing or from the host that the pool would not be in use during our stay. The site said our room would have a balcony and we did not. The listing was not accurate to what we stayed at and when we attempted to communicate our disappointment with the host and request some of our money back we got ignored. Our room was kept clean while we were out during the day, but it was not communicated to us someone would be entering our room without notice while we were out. We came back to the hotel to find clean towels and our place tidied, however it would have been nice to have a tag to put on the door to either enter or do not disturb.
