Villa del Sol - charming, beautiful villa set in a lush tropical setting.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, spacious, private and a great location right in Clarence town.

Communication with Romona was great. House is nice..clean..well kept. All concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Quiet area but close to Marina and Lighthouse Restaurant.

We were there to fish. This house is walking distance to Flying Fish Marina which has some of the best quality seafood in the Bahamas plus a magnificent view. Bring your hammocks for beaches. Rent a car to explore this beautiful island before it gets discovered!

Wonderful home, perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and spacious. Location is great. We had a blast. Would indeed visit again.

Charming house located in a great location.

Lovely, well supplied with kitchen utensils and bath towels, comfortable furnishings. I loved my yellow house!!

I could not ask for a better vacation rental or hosts! They were perfect! The house was beautiful with a porch that wraps around the entire house., beautiful hard wood floors, all furniture seemed brand new, great comfy new beds/mattresses, with a new flat screen TV as well. It is very spacious with lots of amenities, full kitchen with everything you need, plenty of hot water (we had four people showering nightly with no problems), strong and fast wifi signal, and everything very clean. We explored the whole island and were very glad we picked this location...this really is where you want to stay if you want to be near all of the best beaches on the island. Galloway, Deans Blue Hole, Lochabar, and Compass Rose (also called Lowes I believe) were all about 5-10 min away! These four have a little something for everyone (for family, seclusion, sheltered swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets etc.) and were our four favorite beaches on the whole island. Avoid the resort crowds up north..this is where you want to be!! Last but definitely not least...our hosts were second to none. They were available for anything we needed. They went way above and beyond for us and we cannot thank them enough! We did have issues with bags and our airline (Bahamas Air...there was some sort of strike...take Southern Air if you can) however Ramona and Danny set everything straight for us so we could just relax and enjoy our vacation instead of worrying or dealing with the hassle. You just aren't going to get that anywhere else! We are looking forward to staying with them again on our next visit back to beautiful Long Island!

Great weather, great beaches and wonderful people! A feature that really impresses us and that has improved steadily over the years is the communications capability here at the Villa, The equipment onboard includes a flat panel TV with cable TV connection, local telephone and broadband internet service. We bring our laptop computer, Vonage Adapter and phone and miscellaneous cables, such as an HDMI cable. The bottom line is capability for Cable TV, DVD, CD, Internet Radio, local phone, International phone, all with about a 20-minute set-up/tear-down cycle. This indoor capability offers a perfect complement to the great variety of outdoor activities here on Long Island. Leo and Julie Marcoux

We found the house as described in the web. We felt there being at home, relaxed atmospere, spacy rooms, quiet neigbourhood. Well equipped kitchen, shower outside. Many thanks to Ramona & Dan who helped us getting the perfect start in Long Island. This was our first time in the Bahamas. When we come back to Long Island, we will stay again in Villa del Sol!

Beautiful Accommodations, private, and clean. Ramona and her husband are very charming and personable. The beach is close by and restaurant too.
