Surrounded by a beautiful fully enclosed garden filled with olive trees and Mediterranean plants, the villa has been designed to fully embrace outdoor living. You can relax by the heated swimming pool (available fromApril to October and covered by a dome during winter), enjoy friendly moments on the pétanque court, unwind in the shaded outdoor lounge in a peaceful atmosphere, or share delicious meals cooked on the plancha grill.

Inside, the villa features a stunning, light-filled living area thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the garden. You will find a comfortable lounge equipped with a Smart TV, a large dining table seating up to eight guests, and a modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen connected to the outdoor space. This spacious and bright living area creates the perfect setting to gather together and fully enjoy your holiday.

On the ground floor, there is also a first master suite with a large walk-in dressing room, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom opening onto the garden with complete privacy. The house also includes a garage equipped with an electric vehicle charging station (free of charge), a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack, second refrigerator, and additional storage space.

Upstairs, three bedrooms welcome you in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. A second, more intimate master suite features its own private shower room, dressing room, and television. One bedroom with a double bed opens onto a large balcony, while another bedroom with two single beds shares a modern and functional bathroom.

Inspired by contemporary industrial design, the villa’s decoration creates an elegant, warm, and modern atmosphere. Every space has been carefully designed to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay.

Villa Cristal enjoys a prime location just a two-minute walk from direct access to the park and beaches, making it the perfect place for a family seaside holiday.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, the property offers three secure parking spaces with an electric gate. Guests can also enjoy eight bicycles, pool games, a ping-pong table, a paddleboard, and pétanque balls.
