Villa Consiglio - Splendid villa with private swimming pool in the heart of the Mediterranean

From the moment we arrived Alberto was fantastic and very helpful. Alberto, Carlos and Alberto’s mum provided a fantastic Sicilian feast on the first night and catered for one of the party who has a nut allergy. The villa is lovely and the pool, grounds were perfect. It is a little tricky getting to and from the villa with the car but quickly got used to it. This was the perfect relaxing part of our Sicilian holiday. Already planning a return. Grazie!!

We were an adult family group of n Sicily for the first time and Villa Consiglio was the perfect place to explore from. The Villa, pool and its many terraces enjoy views towards Palermo and Cefalu which could be easily reached by car or train. The villa was quiet and away from the centre but just a few minutes to the town by car. The owners went to great lengths to welcome us and Carlo was always available to deal with any questions, to guide us to the villa and run us to the train station. Thanks to Alberto and Rossella for a fantastic Sicilian feast to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday.. We will definitely return!

First of all the villa is outstanding either for the view, the pool the patio and the size inside. The hosts are just amazing and we had the chance to have a diner prepared at our arrival to taste the great Sicilian food. Everything was perfect. As a side note, Termini the city is not great, industrial city, but the overall location between Palermo and cefalu is a great compromise. Spend the day at Cefalu beach and visit San Mauro and Castlebueno as a recommandation.

This is the perfect place to stay. Not only is the villa clean and beautiful, but they were willing to prepare a welcome meal for our 8pm arrival and a fantastic banquet for later in the week.

A wonderful stay in a villa with fantastic outside space and great views. Termini Imerese was maybe not a holiday resort, but there was plenty to see and explore in the wider area with a hire car The hosts were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

All seven of us had a fantastic week at the Villa. We were met on arrival by Alberto, his mother and Carlo (the groundskeeper). Throughout the week we were able to contact Alberto with absolutely any request to which he dutifully took care of. The Villa itself is even better in person. The views are outstanding and the pool is wonderful and just the right size. In the first day, Carlo took myself down to Termini Imerese to rent a car. I would definitely suggest renting a car. We would absolutely come again.

Everything we imagined and more. Exquisite sea views, immaculately clean, loads of space and a perfect pool. Do not hesitate to request the fantastic Sicilian barbecue option…Rosella, Alberto and Carlo blew us away with the best meal we had on our entire trip, hands down! Our family came from far and wide to meet up for this special trip and I am sure we will do it again someday!

We have had a fantastic week in this beautiful house. As it was very hot, we spent a lot of time by the pool. We were two families with 6 teenagers and it worked very well. Good with space for socializing and at the same time the possibility of privacy. Close to several excursion destinations.

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful family Villa. I just want to thank Alberto, his mother & Carlo for an incredible holiday. The banquet we had for my birthday was so yum, nothing was a trouble. I would recommend this villa to anyone ?❤️

We stayed at Villa Consiglio for 4 nights over summer and had a wonderful time. The hosts greeted us with a delicious platter & shared dinner. Alberto was very responsive and helpful with any questions or local recommendations. The villa itself was beautiful, great ac and pool. It’s is a little way from town so would recommend having a car. Alternatively we used a great local driver who lives up the road - +39 170 016 74. He took us up to Caccamo castle which we loved. Highly recommend this villa and we hope to return. Thank you.
