With a privileged location among the rentals of villa in Provence, this charming property is located on a plot of 4000m2 in the heart of a green protected area (park of 30 hectares).
It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday in the sun of Provence.

The entrance to the property is shared by two distant houses. You therefore live in total independence. We take care of any restrictive handling (pool robot: 1 / 2h every 3 days, trash exit: once a week).

An idyllic placefor your holidays with its large swimming pool (6x10m), the Bar-Pool House with the barbecue, the pizza oven but also with the pétanque ground, the room of billiards.

The villa consists of 3 sumptuous rooms and can accommodate 6 persons.
The parental suite with its bathroom and terrace of 30m2 is located on the first floor. The other rooms with bathroom are located on the ground floor.

You will also find the billiard room on the first floor.

You will have a modern and fully equipped kitchen.
The living room has a huge flat screen TV with DVD player and a Wii console. So relax in the comfortable sofa and watch your favorite movie.

It is a private villa of 220m2 on 4000m2 of fenced, with its swimming pool, its pétanque, its Bar-Pool house, its room of billiards. You will have access to BBQ, pizza oven, modern kitchen is fully equipped.

We can arrange a transfer from Marseille-Provence airport and rent a car at the Villa Cicada.

Located 15 km from Marseille but also 20 km from Aix en Provence, 10 km from Marseille-Provence international airport and a few minutes from Aix-en-Provence-TGV train station, the town of 3 366 hectares offers many advantages.
