Villa Cerca Del Mar #6- 3BR House with Pool

Excellent, everything was easy. Location was perfect.

Villa Cerca Del Mar was perfect for our stay. It's spacious, everyone had their own bedroom and bath, and the pool was so refreshing! Nice, quiet location.

Nice house, host very helpful and very good location

Pre-arrival, the communication with Olber and his team was great and helpful. We were sent all the information on getting into the house and directions. We arrived at the house and got in easily. The house was clear and very well appointed. Except there was no water in the house at all! We talked to one of the neighbors who said that this was not unusual that the water runs out and the city needs to come and refill the water reservoir, but that only last for 2-3 days. There's a reserve tank for the house, but that was empty as well. We immediately contacted the emergency number and were told that they would reach out to get water delivered. After several hours, still no water. The property management company offered to move us to another condo in Tamarindo which was not as good of location, but at that point, we were ready to do anything. We packed up and went over there, only to find out that that condo had not been cleaned from the previous travelers. So back to the Villa we went because it was at least clean. With no water still the following morning, we discussed with the property management company and moved to another location near Playa Flamingo (VRBO #2810885) which worked out well and was very nice. It's a shame because Villa Cerca del Mar is a very nice house - can walk across to Playa Langosta and less than a mile to the shops/restaurants of Tamarindo. It would be a great place to stay if the water situation is fixed.

There was low water pressure in most of the house and hot water was at a minimum at best. That being said the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The location made getting around very easy and the daily afternoon monkey parade was fun to see. The close proximity to beach was great and the sunsets amazing.

Enjoyed 2 awesome excursions from Blue Zone. Both trips had guides which were extremely knowledgeable and very proud of their country. House was great. Monkeys visited every morning. Close to beach and a few really great restaurants. A short drive or long walk to all the activities in Tamarindo. Walk down nightly for the awesome sunsets. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location and everything you’ll need to have an amazing time in an amazing place. Perfect distance from the main strip but just enough away to be relaxed and PURA VIDA ! Thanks for an amazing experience!

We had a wonderful time in Playa Langosta/Tamarindo! The Villa Circa dell Mar was perfect for us, the pool was a 2-3 times daily plunge and the outdoor shower just great. Completely private pool. The beach is a 5 minute walk and is spectacular.

This villa was very nice and clean, which is very important to us. It had a lot of amenities and beautiful surroundings. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked and had all the modern appliances and amenities. We have nothing bad to report. All was great. The decor and style of the villa was stunning. We would stay again.
