Luxury Oceanfront Offering In Gated Community

Villa Islita was perfect-It’s 6 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were quite spacious for me and my family of 14 people!-Also the cooks provided wonderful ample breakfast and several dinners! Relaxing on the patio and enjoying the pool, day and night, with delightful weather for our enjoyment. We all enjoyed different excursions all week long—FUN!!

FABULOUS--6 BEDROOMS, 6 AND A HALF BATHROOMS.. LARGE KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA, OVERLOOKING THE PATIO WITH AMPLE SEATING.--OVERLOOKING A LARGE RECTANGULAR POOL. AND BEYOND THAT A LARGE DESERT GARDEN-ALL OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN, WITH A FEW ADIRONDACK CHAIRS TO SIT CLOSER TO THE OCEAN.--MONKEYS, BIRDS, IGUANAS VISITED. THERE'S A WALKING PATH DOWN TO THE OCEAN, WHICH CONNECTS TO THE SANDY BEACH BRINGING US TO THE LEGOSTA BEACH CLUB--NOTE: THE PATH DOWN TO THE BEACH HAD NO RAILING, AND SINCE I'M A LITTLE OLDER WITH A BALANCE PROBLEM, I NEVER TOOK THAT PATH--BUT FOUND MY WAY TO THE BEACH CLUB BY WAY OF A 6-PASSENGER GOLF CART AT OUR DISPOSAL.THERE WERE 14 WITH ME AND MY FAMILY.--ALL OF THE LOCAL COSTA RICANS WE MET WERE VERY FRIENDLY, ACCOMMODATING AND HELPFUL. MANY OF MY FAMILY, INCLUDING MYSELF, HAD VISITED THIS VILLA BEFORE, AND WE WERE HAPPY TO RETURN! ALL OF THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL,--FROM OUR KITCHEN HELPTO OUR CONCIERGE ., MAURITZIO. OUR COOKS MADE A WONDER FUL BREAKFAST FOR US EACH DAY. AND WHILE WE WERE ON OUR OWN FOR LUNCH, THAT WAS FINE SINCE MANY OF US HAD ENJOYED THE FULL BREAKFAST. WE ALSO OPTED TO HAVE OUR COOKS MAKE DINNER FOR US SEVERAL NIGHTS-AFTER A FULL DAY OF ACTIVITIES, WE WERE CONTENT TO STAY HOME AND NOT HAVE TO THINK ABOUT GETTING DRESSED FOR DINNER OR GO OUT TO DINNER, WHICH WE DID ONLY TWICE, TO WONDERFUL LOCAL RESTAURANTS, DRAGONFLY AND RED DOOR. IT WAS THE MOST RELAXING AND FUN VACATION!

Casa Islita was everything we wanted in a vacation home for our group of 3 families (including 7 children aged 7-14). Mauricio was excellent at communication prior to the trip and during the trip. He helped set up transportation, day excursions, chef service and more. Mary Luz and Heiner made a beautiful breakfast each morning and made sure we had a clean house with everything we needed. The view was spectacular and the location was ideal. We could walk down the beach during low tide and the kids enjoyed playing in the sand. The short walk or golf cart ride to Langosta Beach club was an added bonus where we often enjoyed lunch and watched the sunset. We have rented many vacation homes over the years and this one tops the chart. We hope to come back soon!

This was our 6th stay at Casa Islita, and each visit is better than the last. The house management team is phenomenal and our kids talk about Heiner and Mary Luz all year long, dreaming about our next trip to Tamarindo. They have truly become our friends and we love to see them every year. They make the most delicious breakfast are just so kind and pleasant. Sandra, the management owner, is always so kind to stop by and make sure we are having a wonderful time. The home itself is stunning and so luxurious. The views are phenomenal and it is wonderful to have your own private beach area as well as a fantastic pool. The Tama Luxury team meets every need and the concierge, Mauricio, makes sure every need is met. We are always so sad to leave but know our next trip to Casa Islita is not too far away. You will never regret a stay at Casa Islita, I can’t recommend it enough.

Everything was wonderful for our week stay at Casa Islita. Mauricio the concierge helped with a lot of the planning prior to our trip, he helped set up the shuttles, golf carts, spa day with shuttle for the girls and our catamaran trip with shuttle along with dinner reservations. Once we were there he continued to help us with last minute reservations. We really enjoyed Dragonfly and Fish & Cheese for dinners. Mary Luz and Heiner arrived every morning and made the most amazing breakfasts, with fresh fruit. They were wonderful and kept everything in order. We all looked forward to breakfast everyday. Casa Islita is in a great location, we enjoyed early morning walks on the beach. The house is perfect for large groups as all 6 couples had private bedrooms/bathroom - with a large dining area, gathering room and kitchen. We spent most of our time enjoying the outside and in the pool. Access to Langosta Beach Club was great for the exercise room and morning yoga (Mauricio helped schedule for us). We all agreed this was the best trip. Highly recommend everything about this experience - top notch all the way!

The house was stunning. The property manager, Mauricio, was super attentive and invested in our experience. He handled all of the logistics when it came to booking experiences and our chefs. The chefs! I seriously contemplated putting one of them on payroll and bringing them home with me. Food was phenomenal. Our family will be doing this again. Thanks Casa Islita crew!

We had a great time at Casa Islita. It was a second time there and we hope we will return. Everything was great.

Our family of 11 was so comfortable in the spacious Casa Islita. We never tired of the view of the bay. We enjoyed the easy walk to the amazing beach and took advantage of the services at Langosta Beach Club. Our daily breakfast was prepared by an incredible staff. We appreciated their warmth and friendliness. The beauty, safety, and all conveniences created a wonderful week in lovely Costa Rica!!

This home was wonderful! Beautifully appointed, meticulously clean, wonderful location and an amazing view of the bay dotted with boats. The house staff made scrumptious breakfasts and made sure we had what ever we needed. A short walk down the beach was Langosta Beach Club which was an additional feature we really enjoyed-especially the groups of monkeys that seemed to pass through during lunch time. We hated to leave this little slice of paradise!!

This home has got to be the coolest place I have ever stayed at. The large open layout of the home with walkout directly to an amazing patio and pool is one of a kind. The meals were amazing and a great way to start the morning. Highly recommend the pancakes and french toast. It was phenomenal. Our concierge Mauricio was fast and efficient at scheduling and getting everything set up in a very timely fashion. (We requested mopeds for 7 the day after we arrived and they were delivered within an hour.) All in all, this place is a must for anyone who wants to really enjoy their stay in Tamarindo.
