Villa Carao #3 - A Private 4 Bedroom Resort Villa

Host was welcoming & he & his staff are responsive & helpful if needed. The Villa (Villa Carao 3) is very beautiful. Both inside & its surroundings-immediate ones & Reserva Conchal-are very special! It is also quite spacious & is very comfortable for family and/ or friends to have both private times and times together during vacation. Both the main floor & the floor below have areas to congregate & so does the outdoors at the pool and the terrace level above it. I strongly recommend Villa Carao to others!

This home was perfectly appointed and HUGE for just 5 of us! It had everything we needed and was the perfect location to enjoy Reserva Conchal and all of its amenities plus explore Playa Flamingo, Playa Potrero and Tamarindo Beaches as well other excursions ! The Rental company was wonderful to work with and so communicative and helpful! It would be a dream to return to this home!

Oh wow, what a gem we stumbled upon! Our two families stayed here, and let me tell you, it was way better than we ever hoped. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything felt right at home but with a cool vacation vibe that you can't just find anywhere. The place was super clean, roomy enough for all of us to spread out, and had everything we needed to make our stay a breeze. Plus, our host Mariela Jaen was top-notch – super friendly and always there when we needed something. Absolutely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a chill place to kick back with family and friends. All the best parts of a resort are there if you want them, and if you want your own space, it's there too. It’s a solid 10/10 in our books!

4 older men came to play at the golf course and the house was nearly perfect. Very clean and spacious. Nice pool. Furniture was top notch. No hot water the first morning but maintenance promptly fixed it. The only issue we had has nothing to do with the booking but rather the design. The top floor is just a single bedroom but no bathroom on the level. So the person who slept upstairs had to descend to shower and use the bathroom. Not a big deal but just a bit of a headscratcher. Overall the house was fantastic and we would book it again.

Great stay at Reserva Conchal - great location, clean and very comfortable home and a perfect vacation.

House was amazing and the check in process was seamless. We had one small issue where we didn’t have hot water the first day but the property manager sorted it out quickly and we were good to go for the remainder of the time there. The home is on the 10th green of the golf course which also provides a quick shortcut to the beach club if you have a golf cart to get around the property. Overall this place was amazing and inwould highly recommend it if you stay within Reserva Conchal

The house is fantastic. Three well separated ensuite bedrooms made for privacy for all of our adult family as well as multiple livings spaces/televisions and outdoor areas with plenty of seating options. Per the description, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking appliances (blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, large pots, many utensils, toaster). Perhaps my idea of a 'well stocked pantry' is different - guests who plan to eat and cook in the unit may want to pick up what seasonings they require including salt (there was only a tiny bit) and pepper. A container of olive oil was provided as well as some coffee filters and sugar packets. Check in was easy and no nonsense - they send a code and you walk in independently which we really appreciated rather than someone showing up to introduce us to the house - we like to do that our own. The code made it easy for everyone to come and go. There was a mild mildewy smell upon entering (mostly coming from the front closet which by the way has a safe) but after a while it's no longer noticeable. The grill can use some attention - the heat wasn't working ideally. Linens and towels very clean and nice quality, comfortable furniture, CLEAN house. Bathroom products, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and laundry powder provided. Having the washer/dryer is so helpful in a balmy climate. Housekeeping came twice, and yard/pool guy came a couple of times. The resort itself is great - our second visit to Reserva Conchal - the Beach Club has great food and service, the beach is flat out one of the most beautiful we've seen, the W hotel is nearby for dining, and the shops at the Westin are accessible. We rented a golf cart from Flamingo Beach Golf Carts - Chip brings the cart to your door, will come with fuel if you need more, and has some great tips for the area. We're thankful the owner was willing to share their beautiful vacation home.

We couldn’t have been happier with this villa and the location! It was our first time to Costa Rica and this villa made our experience that much better!!! The villa was clean, very spacious and had a fantastic pool and backyard (with working grill!!). The views of the golf course were stunning as well. It was a short walk to the Westin where we hopped on the tram to the private beach club. The beach club restaurant was terrific. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We went in August (rainy/slower season) so we got really lucky with no crowds whenever we went. Having a private villa in a gated community with a short car ride to the beach club (if you don’t want to walk to Westin/take tram), it was a PERFECT experience for our family! We used the pool and grill almost daily. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. All of the appliances were clean and well maintained. There were fresh pool towels and beach chairs on property as well. The cleaning woman was friendly. And most importantly, the management team (both Kelly and Olber) were incredibly helpful and responsive with anything we needed - from private transportation to excursions. They were always available to help with anything! We hope to come back and rent this same villa- that’s how much we truly enjoyed our stay. Not a care in the world when we were at Villa Carao #3!!! We LOVED EVERY SINGLE DAY we were there!!!

We so enjoyed our holiday family stay at Villa Carao#3! From the detailed information provided upon reserving our stay through the painless check-in and helpful concierge staff, our trip could not have been better handled. We enjoyed meeting Allan especially and our whole group raves about coming back. The photos, while spectacular, do not do the property justice. Kudos to Blue Water staff for making our stay perfect!
