Villa Capriani Condo w/ Direct Beach Access!

This condo has everything needed for a beach vacation. The unit is updated and accommodating. There is a great view, accessible beach, several pools, and a delicious on- site restaurant. The caretakers are available and helpful. All of this makes this property difficult to leave.

I have stayed at this resort before this was by far the best kept condo I have seen. It even had a ton of essentials such as tooth brush, razors, soaps, bags, foil, ext... Views were beautiful. Best beach we love north topsail it's not to crowded but has plenty to do. Can't say enough about the condo and the owner communicated well about hurricane Erin with us anyways we we not really effected.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The unit is updated, clean, and well-maintained for a flawless stay. We appreciated the elevated amenities and obvious care put into curating a travel experience that is special. The entire unit is well-stocked with anything you could possibly need. The owner was responsive in communicating. Regarding Villa Capriani, we absolutely loved this accommodation. The pools are wonderful, the beach access couldn’t be easier and we loved the restaurant on site. We look forward to booking this location again for our family of 4. Thank you!

Wonderful place, and perfect location!

Villa was wonderful! Perfect in every way and couldn't ask for anything more.....everything we needed and then some. Communication was great, cleanliness was great and the villa was exactly as pictured ! Would never hesitate to stay here again !

Everything about this condo was perfect for a family to stay in North Topsail Beach, NC Enjoyed the views and the condo was stocked with everything we may have needed for a week long say.

This unit was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. We had everything we needed and more! We really appreciated the plentiful towels and beach/pool supplies to borrow. Having both a Keurig and a Nespresso was great. Can’t wait to book another stay!

Our first visit to Topsail went above and beyond expectations with this property! Simple touches when it came to amenities, cleanliness, and organization truly helped our family enjoy our time at this beach getaway. Aside from the property itself, the beach and pool was never overcrowded and a short drive to Surf City also made for a great experience.

VERY nice unit, with a fantastic owner/host. Beach chairs, towels and everything else we thought we might need was already there, all the way down to the morning coffee! Facility has multiple pools, hot tubs, a great restaurant and direct beach access. We will definitely be back.

I wouldn’t have changed a thing! So many little details that made the stay easy. Impressed from the moment we entered, so much thought went into every design choice. You could tell because of how amazing it looks and all the same details you’d never think of but appreciate. Super clean and too many amenities to mention. The host was super gracious and left us snacks when we arrived along with a gift card for the restaurant on site. It was so close to everything such as military bases, restaurants, shopping and of course the stunning beach. Pools were definitely appreciated as well. Can’t wait to book again in the future!
