Fabulous villa, very private, situated in the countryside in Buger, a very quiet and central village with easy access to the whole island. A private garden with a swimming pool and a sitting area with barbecue welcomes the visitor.



A large entrance hall, with a beautiful and comfortable kitchen on the right, leads to the living and dining room, with nice views to a patio full of plants. The property has 3 en-suite bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the rest with twosingle beds each. This villa is a wonderful place to relax. Heating costs 1,10 euros per litre and is provided on request. The total cost is calculated at the end of the stay after checking the meter.

Buger is a small town on a hill and offers authentic Mallorcan flair.



Pollenca is 15 km away and it is 20 km to the north coast, with the well-known towns of Puerto de Pollenca, Alcudia and Puerto de Alcudia. All relevant Spanish (Mercadona and Eroski) and German (Lidl and Aldi) supermarkets are available in Inca (approx. 10 minutes drive). Palma as well as the longest beaches of Mallorca in the bay of Alcudia are only 20 to 30 minutes away. The probably most interesting flea market of the island takes place every Sunday in Consell, which is only 10 minutes away. Thanks to the good transport connections, the villa is an ideal starting point to many beaches, good shopping possibilities, wonderful excursion destinations, hiking and cycling trails as well as to the airport of the island capital Palma.



IMPORTANT



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.



DEPOSIT: 200 € - Due to the new regulations concerning the recycling and waste management in the town of Búger, the purpose of this deposit is the recycling of garbage by the customer. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if the garbage has been removed from the property by the client

    Diese Villa ist sowohl im Garten als auch im Schwimmbad mit dem überdachten Grillplatz zu genießen. Es ist ideal für Gruppen und Familien, da es recht groß und gut ausgestattet ist. Am besten ist es, ein Auto zu mieten, da es ein bisschen weit von Supermärkten, Restaurants und Stränden entfernt ist.

    We stayed 2 weeks in this fantastic villa and had a great time, we really enjoyed the garden area and the pool. The rooms are quite large and comfortable, the ceilings are very high and everything is very bright. The surrounding beaches are spectacular.
