The beautifully restored Villa Ses Planes is located off a small road on a wonderfully idyllic plot. Here you can experience an all-round relaxing holiday in a wonderfully quiet, secluded location far away from the hustle and bustle. In this corner of the world, you live in complete seclusion and without direct neighbours. When restoring the 600-year-old property, the owners remained true to the Mallorcan style and were able to preserve the original flair without having to forego modern amenities. Surrounded by olive, lemon and almond trees, there are many beautiful places to discover outside the villa. The seating area is very cosy and has an appealingly rustic and romantic feel thanks to the lush greenery. Right next to the house, overlooking the pool, you can spend hours under the thatched roof, where wooden seats offer you a charming spot. But that's not all that awaits you here: Take a seat under one of the parasols or enjoy the Mediterranean light on one of the other furnished seating areas. Elegant chairs and benches as well as comfortable loungers are available in this courtyard-like area for your own personal moments. If you fancy a bit of action, you can play a game of table tennis at the covered table tennis table. No question: you have to spend time by the pool. Especially on hot Mallorcan days, you will appreciate the cool water and perhaps spend time between the sun lounger and the water. The 8-metre pool, designed with blue mosaic stones, is easily accessible via a corner staircase and varies in depth between 1.10 and 1.80 metres. The extremely family-friendly and affordable Villa Can Aloy is situated in a secluded rural location. If your family has pets, they can also accompany you on holiday to the villa. Surrounded by gnarled olive trees and typical Mediterranean vegetation, you will find everything you need on the property's terrace: A level pool with mosaic tiles and meandering motifs invites you to take a refreshing dip. Access is via a ladder or four-metre-wide steps at the bottom of the pool. The pool is embedded in a natural stone sun terrace. In addition to 4 sun loungers, there is a simple seating area with several chairs. So that you don't get too hot in summer, two parasols provide shade on request. The terrace of the house can be reached via a paved area. On the left-hand side you will find the brick barbecue, ideal for a relaxed BBQ if you like to cook for yourself on holiday. To the rear of the property, the friendly owners of the house have a vegetable garden and an orchard. They are happy to share their fresh garden produce and provide you with fresh, sun-ripened produce. The other half of the house actually also belongs to the owners and is used exclusively by them when there are no guests in the villa, so they can enjoy their privacy here. Our favourite place in this villa is undoubtedly the covered terrace, from which we also have access to the house. Beautifully furnished with a dining table and a comfortable Moroccan-style sofa set with filigree metal frames, you can enjoy a meal or a coffee break here at any time of day while relaxing. You can read a book in the comfortable rocking chairs and enjoy the atmosphere with typical Mallorcan decorations such as pretty lanterns and a fountain that is no longer in use.brbrbrbr brbrbrbrAccess to the house is via the terrace, with a centrally located open-plan kitchen with a round dining table, a very nice place for the family to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen area is separated from the dining area by an American breakfast bar and four stools. Here you will find everything you need to make your everyday holiday life easier: toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, gas hob, large fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. There's no fancy high gloss here, but everything fits together and is solid, simple and absolutely functional. The living room also has a cosy seating area in front of the TV and 2 casual wooden chairs with chequered cushions in front of the once open fireplace, where a wood-burning stove now provides additional cosiness. A somewhat steep staircase leads us under the particularly cosy sloping roof, where there is a comfortable triple bedroom. Ideal for your children who like to have the floor to themselves. Due to the height of the roof, this room is not suitable for small children, older people or people with limited mobility. For school-age children, it is an absolute paradise. With its endearing individuality and cosiness, this villa blends in perfectly with the authentic surroundings of Búger. The neighbourhood itself is partly used by the local Mallorcans as a vegetable garden and as small farms with sheep or other farm animals.
