This beautiful, newly refurbished traditional Majorcan house is set in the hills of the picturesque town of Búger.



Búger is a small and quiet family friendly town. The house is located in the centre of the town which has two cafes / bars, a boulangerie, bank and supermarket which are all within a 2 minute walk. The stunning beaches of Alcudia, Can Picafort and Port de Pollença are between 15 - 25 minute drive away.



Spreadover 200 m² with views to the sea and mountains and a private swimming pool, the property is the perfect place to relax in a truly blissful setting.



The house has 4 bedrooms sleeping 6 comprising of two double rooms, one twin room and one single. There is also a cot available if needed. There are two toilets, a large family kitchen, lounge area, play room, laundry room, large roof terrace, garden and an additional kitchen located next to the swimming pool area for BBQs or meals by the pool. In addition the house is fenced to the left and right of the property to maintain privacy in the outside space.



The accommodation is fully equipped and includes: internet (wifi), air conditioning (heat/cold) in all rooms, garden furniture, barbecue, private swimming pool, satellite tv (English and German channels).



Kitchen includes: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, pots, pans, toaster and kettle. Washing machine and dryer are both located in the laundry room.



Air conditioning:



As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the living room and in three bedrooms.

    The property was extremely clean and lots of special things added. The agency and owner extremely accommodating. The village was lovely and friendly too. Overall it was an excellent property and I would love to stay there again.
