Big patio overlooking the pool and panoramic view of the Messinean gulf. Villa CALLIOPE is within the Kalamaki group of villas. The Villa is set high on the hill on this small private estate, alongside villas Urania and Erato well shielded by trees. The private pool is just below the spacious, covered, sea view terrace and, as the land slopes away below the villa, the views to the sea and the Taygetos mountains are superb. The villa has one double and one twin bedroom, each with air conditioning and with mountain or sea views. The living room, which opens with French windows on to the covered sea view terrace, has an extra sofa bed for a child and a 26” flat-screen TV. The kitchen area comes with full cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and fridge/freezer. There are two bathrooms with full bath with shower.
