Stayed Apr 17, 2025Travelled with a 3 generation family of 9 people. Everything was simply excellent and as described. Arrival, the stay itself, and departure all went smoothly. Host was friendly and reacted always within hours. The house was very clean, very well equipped (kitchen, barbecue towels, air con hot & cold, …) – we didn’t miss a thing and felt completely at home. The pool was heated and a second pool next to the cottage is under construction. It’s truly an excellent house and of course the garden - chess, table tennis, beautiful sunset, relaxe zone.. just wow. You need a car (anyway a must have on Madeira!) and the villa is located well next to Calheta. Good starting point for hiking.Highly recommendable!
