Villa Bethany, a stylish ground-floor villa, offers contemporary accommodation designed for comfort and convenience. The open-plan living area features a fully fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances, dining seating for six, and a lounge area with a sofa bed for extra guests. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto the pool terrace. The master bedroom boasts ample storage, while the twin room can be converted into a double. Both bedrooms open onto the terrace. Outside, the pool terrace and gardens provide a tranquil setting with comfortable sunbeds, shaded areas, and outdoor dining for six. Additional amenities include air conditioning throughout the villa.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire villa, including its private garden and outdoor areas. These include the stunning 25-meter infinity pool with panoramic Mediterranean views, complete with sun loungers and parasols. The Neighborhood:

Kalkan

Kalkan is a perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life! Nestled around a sheltered harbour at the foot of the stunning Taurus Mountains, this charming, unspoiled town boasts a breathtaking bay. Once a Greek fishing village called Kalamaki, Kalkan now thrives on high-end tourism. Wander the quaint old town to discover its picturesque harbour, cozy shops, and delightful eateries—from casual cafés to fine dining. You’ll find banks, supermarkets, a lively Thursday market, and a smaller Sunday market in nearby Akbel. The harbour area has something for everyone: a pebble beach, beach clubs with frequent boat shuttles, water sports, and popular day trips at sea. For a change of pace, take a quick 20-minute drive to vibrant Kas or head to Fethiye for great shopping.



LaVanta

The nearest airport, Dalaman Airport, is approximately a 1-hour and 40-minute drive from the villa. Antalya Airport is also accessible, with a travel time of around 3 hours. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request. For local transportation, a reliable taxi service is readily available.
