Villa Beach Front House with swimming pool and direct access to the beach Diamant Martinique

Sandra was a wonderful host. The location is amazing. Right on the water with the sound of waves all day long. The property is everything you would expect. It had beach toys, boogie boards, everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels (and a hair dryer in each bathroom). Each bedroom had its own individual A/C and there are two large doors in the living room and kitchen that can essentially open the house and turn it into part of the outdoor living area. We had an amazing time on Martinique. Le Diamant has a few good restaurants and a great bakery and nothing on the island is far away, so this is a great home base.

We were a group of 11 from 2 years old to 85 years old. The pool et proximity to beach is usefull for the kids. We could also walk for the grocery and restaurants. Each room has is private restroom. There is toys for the pool and beach. The setup is perfect. We strongly recommend.

We loved everything about the house and the location. It’s hard to list all the positive… the constant sound of the waves, the direct access to the beach for long morning walks and endless swims, the south facing orientation for sun all day long, the walking access to the market, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, and the comfort of the house itself, made it a perfect holiday place, and we can’t wait to be back.

Modern villa on the best beach with a fantastic view. Fairly child proofed, and a bathroom for everyone. What more could we ask for?

The home is wonderful - just as pictured - with a great outdoor space overlooking the beach and five Air Conditioned bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The living room and kitchen had everything we needed. The location is also great, with private access to the beach (which we practically had to ourselves most of the time) and lots of great restaurants, as well as a nice bakery and grocery store in short walking distance. The host, Sandra, is exceptional. We had great communication leading up to the stay, where she offered to book a wide range of services for us. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us around, and she was available throughout the stay when we had the occasional question. She went above and beyond when we discovered our rental car had a flat tire on the day of our departure - helping us quickly resolve the issue. We can’t wait to return!

With the easy beach access and private pool we were able to enjoy both quite a bit. Each room is comfortable and with its own bathroom so everyone has their own space. Our second time here and would be happy to come again.

We had an amazing stay in that beautiful villa directly on the beach! We were 8 adults, 3 children and we were please to see the fence around the pool! (On the description, but not on the pictures). All rooms with their own private bathroom was the best setup for privacy of each families. Walking distance from grocery (U Express), convenience store (Poupouche) and bakery (Gourmandises du Diamant). Sandra took really good care of us and was very responsive. She suggested us catering for our arrival day and a cooking chef Laurhy for our special events! Everything was perfect and looking forward to going back there! See you soon Martinique!

Great host, great location, great villa. Everything you need for a large group with children. The pool has a shallow end for toddlers, it is fully fenced and the beach is right down the stairs. We love every minute.

Was a great villa, in tip top shape with great appliances, A/C, nice pool and right on the beach. Property manager was extremely helpful as well! Highly recommended. Le Diamant is nice, but the beach is very rough, not ideal swimming for children. Really nice calm beaches on 20 minute drive away. Also, the wifi worked great when you were connected, however the system needs updating. Nine people having to reconnect through their site every time you wake up a device from sleep gets very irritating after a week. Other than this, great stay!
